This was our First visit to a Zaxby’s the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was awesome, seasoned great, cooked perfectly, delicious. FYI the Nuclear Sauce isn’t that hot. I expected way hotter with the name Nuclear, but my tolerance is pretty high. I give it ????????!
Just left and Dominique is ALL about customer service!! After a couple of questions about my order, he simply gave me what I actually wanted and in my experience it came close to what my card was charged. After spending many years in food service and F&B for the last several years Selma needs more Doniniques in the workplace. I was not After something for nothing & asked him to please adjust my card accordingly if it needed to be. Great customer service!! Keep him around & always take care of great staff, they will take care of your business!!!
My experience at Zaxbys is usually good but today it changed . Simply ask can I take the bread off my sandwich and make it a lettuce wrap simply just putting lettuce on it . The manger who was a lady with braids in her head , told me no we don’t do that or we can’t do that and then start laughing after she stated what she said . The food was great but the manger need to set the standard .
Brandon made my sandwich twice!!!!! And still couldn’t make it right! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, with only meat and bread!!!! That’s it!!!! Damn i’m never visiting Selma again!
I ordered 2 Buffalo finger meal 6 fingers and 1 chicken finger meal 6 fingers. They all are hard and burnt looking. The fingers use to look nice and brown. We did not enjoy this!
Zaxby's Zenzation Zalad I've had it several times before, but my Zalad that was purchased today February 25, 2023 does NOT look like what I've purchased before or as what their advertisements say. WHERE IS THE ASIAN SLAW!? In my Zalad there is only the green salad mix, chopped up bits of chicken, small egg roll. The egg roll was greaser than an old sock. This is not what the Zalad use to taste or look like!! GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ZAXBY'S ZENZATION ZALAD PLEASE!! I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE!!
Double check, triple check your order. I order a house salad. I asked how much chicken was on the salad. Answer from cashier 1 finger. I asked here to check and the answer was 4. So I order double chicken. Check my math 4x2= 8. Right. While waiting for my order I observed the counter girl looking at my salad as if something was wrong. She questioned the cook and continued on. When I got my order and opens it it did not look like double "8" chicken fingers. So I went to the counter and asked. I was assured it was 8. So I order 4 more chopped and returned to my table. I picked out the chicken from my salad. To do a comparison.. looks like four and four to me.. so they clearly lied!!! Diners beware!!!
Gross food & Super disappointed‼️
Arrived early, waited, and then pulled into the drive-thru at 10:40 am. We saw an employee unlock and open the door and customers go inside at 10:35- so we knew they had just opened. Start of the day... Yay.
Ordered two meals. The chicken strips were warm, but the fries were soft, an 'overcooked' nasty brown, and Lukewarm like they were OLD and barely reheated from the night before‼️
Absolutely disgusting!! Again, they had JUST OPENED and we were in line ordering around 10:40.
I was hoping, after traveling all morning, that HOT and FRESH chicken and fries would have been served but Nope! I even had to pull up and wait for our food as if it were being freshly prepared (or was I waiting for the extra seasoning I requested?! Probably!). All that just to receive a bag full of old soft fries and warm chicken! Oh, and one of the meals had a piece of toast that was 70% burnt. ????
There are a few things that could have been going on in that kitchen this morning, and all of my assumptions are disturbing! Never again.
It's unacceptable and lazy! Bad morning or false reviews??! 4.0 stars?? ????????
Side note to OWNER:
If you all are going to charge for condiments, including two or more when only ONE is requested, at least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know there's a charge of .25 cents a piece. Seeing double charges on a receipt when you had no clue there was even a charge to begin with... is WRONG.
.25 is not a big deal but to have multiple added on when only one is requested is NOT cool and seems like a hustle for extra $$.
