Food can be hit or miss, example new taco first time great second time NOT. However the arnold palmer is always on point.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service and food received at this Zaxby’s. I will never be returning to any Zaxby’s ever again in my life.
First of all, they made us wait 10 minutes to bring out our food. When I noticed they forgot all three of my drinks, they went back in to get them. Another 5 minutes wasted. But that’s fine.
Though, after finally driving home to eat our food, we noticed they forgot my daughters kids meal, so I had to share my food with her.
The chicken tenders were small, fried out, and cold like they’ve been sitting around all day (you would think it would be hot and fresh after waiting ten minutes).
The fries and chicken were overly-salted and tasted like 5000 grams of sodium dumped onto my food as if they’re trying to give people high blood pressure. I did not attempt to finish any of it.
Our fried pickles didn’t even taste real. I had to peel the disgusting fried layer of breading off just to attempt enjoying the plastic-tasting substance you people label a pickle. I only ate two of those.
Also, you gave me the wrong sauce. I asked for Honey Mustard and got Ranch.
My wife and daughter, including me, now all have stomach aches due to the sickening disgrace you call food.
You all seriously need to stop serving people trash and get it together. I don’t understand how you could possibly have an average of four stars. Waste of $30.

Both of us got the Cobb salads. Very good and large enough portions. Could do without the toasted bread. Not as goid as it used to be. Great service but the dining area was small and needed a good cleaning. Bathrooms were clean.
I liked the chicken wings (too small) and their hottest sauce. I did not like the French fries. The chicken tenders were good.
Great place to go if you like to wait 30 minutes for a mediocre chicken sandwich. Ordered ahead while I was over at Walmart for pickup in the drive thru. I ordered at 300 and the website said my order would be ready by 315. Went over and sat in the drive thru line until 320, which only moved as people were getting out of line. I was still 3 cars back from the speaker so I parked in a spot and went in. Explained my order was supposed to be ready already but after sitting in line I didn't need to be burning that much gas just waiting. She looked around for a while, apparently they hadn't even started my order yet and at this point it was 10 min after it was supposed to be ready. There was just a group of people standing around waiting on orders. I finally got my food at 330. It was disappointing that it didn't have any sauce on the sandwich it was all in the bottom of the platter around the bottom bread so the bottom piece was soggy and the rest of the sandwich was drier than the Sahara. So if you want a $15 order that takes 30 min or more and is still horrible this is the perfect place to go.
Had to wait 20 minutes on plate . It was 1 plate of food . They were extremely rude. The lady didn't hand me my food and it was done for 15 minutes . I finally got my plate and it was not correct at all , and extremely cold . Not to add the fact that my 2 year old daughter found a piece of some young lady's braid in her chicken i gave her . Very rude customer service. Would recommend driving further to get zaxbys . DO NOT GO TO THIS ZAXBGS AT ALL !!!
I ordered with the app. On the app there are 2 options curbside or walk in. I opted for curbside pickup, as drive up wasn't available. I checked in when I parked in the only curbside spot when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes, then went inside to find my order sitting in the dining room pickup shelf. My food was cold. The team members ignored me when I tried to communicate with them. I referred to the email, and it indicated to contact the location by phone. I called several (6) times, the phone was never answered. I called the corporate office, where I was on hold for 25+ minutes, listening to "all team members are assisting other customers, please hold and next available agent will be with you shortly." Zaxby's customer service is atrocious!
I ordered dinner online to be picked up at the Zebulon Rd store. I placed the order about 4:45. I got there one minute before the time given. I was told it would be a couple minutes, I said fine. Meanwhile people are picking up their orders, placing orders and leaving with their food. I tried to be patient and nice but after 25 minutes of waiting I had enough. The food I received was cold, 2 items were missing from the order. I will never spend my money in a Zaxbys restaurant again.
