Best WLM Reviews
Every time I go to this location, I am missing at least one ingredient from my cobb salad.... usually the egg or bacon and the times they do get the salad right, I'm missing a fork or dressing. This location's employees seriously need to pay more attention to detail.
Since this Zaxby's location has been open, I have dined in on multiple occasions. Each time it has been an excellent experience. The drive thru is fast as well and the food is always hot. Zaxbys has a very polite and professional staff too!
I would highly recommend!
Aubrey gave me the absolute best service I’ve ever received from a fast food establishment. He improved the quality of my day along with making me want to come back simply for the service that was provided. This zaxbys is absolutely killing the game. 5 stars!!!
This is the second time my husband went and got wings and chicken strips. The chicken strips are always awesome but this is the second time my wings were so dry. All the sauce on them still did not help to swallow them but the fries were good. Also only the wings are overcooked!
When I walked up to the cash register, the young man working made it clear that he was ready to lock the doors at 845!!If you don’t want to service people, lock your doors so no one can come in! Don’t treat them rudely so you can hurry up n leave????
Friendly folks, hot crunchy chicken, mom's salad with grilled chicken was great. Lovw the atmosphere!
All I could do is laugh. My husband and I only got fries, and all we asked is if they could season them a little more. As you can see there was no seasoning at all, instead they threw it on the side. I thought it was part of their job to season the fries???? Lol what a joke. How do you mess up on only fries???!!!
I waited in the drive through 32 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE.
