Good chicken quality and fry seasoning. Sandwich was somewhat toasted but not completely. Condiments and sauce were on point.
Service: 4/10
Not the best, our server seemed uninterested, but still got our order done in good time. However, the wait for our food was 10+ minutes. Considering the amount of people ordering at the time, the wait was too long.
Atmosphere: 9/0
Good facilities and decoration. Clean tables. Orderly bathrooms.
Overall: 7/10

I normally love Zaxby's but the last couple of times I went the chicken is incredibly salty and they put so much sauce on my nibblers that it was nothing but mush, it looked like they covered the bottom tray in sauce!!
Good service and good food! The kids working there were so nice.
I ordered a meal with water. Which means I paid for a drink... They gave a tiny cup (kids water). When I asked for a normal size cup, she told me that that's what you get when you order a water??? So I can get a big coke for the same price, but when I order water, you just rip me off?? That's crazy!
Arrived and placed order at 8:05 pm and was the only customers and ordered mine and my husband's food waited 30 minutes to get our food ..
The meals were flat-out disgusting, due to the fact, that wilted lettuce was used in the salad. In addition, the slices of tomatoes were limp and tasteless. The meals can only be described as garbage (literally) being provided to their customers and then having the audacity to charge us for the meal (which is a stretch) ! It would be appropriate to contact the inspector overseeing the quality of their ingredients.
I know you guys are not really counting these pinky size pieces of chicken as tenders? It tasted great which helps but come on lol
Food was good. I realize people are stressed around the holidays but if you can Not be nice to someone and smile,DO NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!! Simple
