This is my 2nd Horrible experience with this store and its nighttime staff. On this rainy and muggy evening I decided I wasn’t going to cook and instead settle for Zaxby’s. Noticing the time, on a weekend, fingers were crossed due to previous experience. Order food and pickup around 6:30ish. Was asked to pull up to a parking space and they’ll bring food out. Before leaving drive thru order station, I asked to please put ketchup in bag and be sure to have light ice in sodas. She says ok then asks for me to drive to the window so she can park me. Pull around, mind u there’s no cars behind us. After getting to the window, she tells me where to park and I repeat, please put ketchup in the bags and light ice with sodas. She said on both of them, and I said please. Gets home, in my bed, movie started only to open the bag and there’s NOT ONE packet of ketchup. NOT ONE sauce of the 3 that came with our orders and we had wings and tenders. Toasts on both orders burned and hard as if they’ve sat out at least an hour. But into it and spit it all. A bite filled with burned toast taste. Even Sprite couldn’t wash it down ???? Fries was hard enough til u could hardly bite into them assuming they were overcooked and old. I was VERY upset. Called the store and speak with management, Sahara only for her to catch an attitude and says So what u want me to do. She then said You want to come back up here and I’ll give u the sauce as if she was bothered. I was very upset with her. No apology but an attitude. I’m undressed, in bed. I wouldn’t dare waste my gas/time to return for u to mess that up. I ate here yesterday during day shift and the food was Phenomenal. How did it go from a Perfect 10 to below 0 in a day; NIGHT CREW. They be more into their phones, giggling, laughing, playing behind the counter til they can careless about a customer
Restaurant isn't properly maintained. Tables were dirty with debris under them and most of the tables and seats hadn't been wiped down for a while.
Wanted a good, fresh salad, but that's not what I got. Ended up picking about half the salad, cucumbers, and stale fried thingy's out. Salad wasn't cold and most of it was wilted and brown. The cucumbers had been out for a while as well. Severely disappointed, as most Zaxby's are usually on top of their food quality and dining area cleanliness.
When I was ordering my food, my cashier, Beverly, was extremely rude. She had a short temper and was very aggressive when she was speaking to me. I would like her manager to re-train her customer service in order for other customers besides me to be satisfied with my service.
The staff is always nice but the food is not consistent. Early in the day the wings are nice and dripping with sauce. In the evening the wings are dry and too chewy.
Spent $5 for half a box of bites. Almost 50 cents per bite. Higher ups trying to earn a bonus or staff didn’t feel like dropping more for a full order. Also got my main order all the way wrong after going over it in detail. What I ate tasted okay.
Incredibly rude GM. Had an attitude when I went through the drive thru to get my order. She then had me pull forward Even though there were no other cars in the Drive-Thru. I then waited over 20 minutes to get my meal. Meanwhile other drivers that had arrived after me had already gotten their meals and left. Also the meal was cold by the time I got it. Last time I visit this location.
Rude Service...Got 1 less chicken crappy old finger than ordered... Asked for extra crispy fries as normal, and was told could not do anymore.
Very dissastified..Will not return
