This place is a hit or miss. I use to frequent this location often but opt to visit others due to small tenders or fries to salty. Tried again today and this is what I got. Hot tenders and fries drowned in season salt. I couldn't shake or wipe the salt off. Paid for extra toast but didn't get it. Take your $33.75 somewhere else. This was a waste of money again.
We had a whirlwind of a night! My son and I went on a "glow up" horseback trail ride for the new moon last night. Afterwards we stopped at Zaxbys for a quick bite to eat. It was delicious as usual!! After getting home he realized, he didn't have his wallet anymore!! So we text the people we went riding with to let them know be on the lookout for it, but they didn't see it. The next morning I called and spoke to a women named Autumn. She not only answered the phone before they opened, but was SO kind! She asked around if anyone had turned in a wallet. But she also graciously offered to watch the cameras for us to see if she could see anything later in the day. A few hours later my friend text me and said her husband found my sons wallet! My next thought was to call Autumn back! She was so happy for us but honestly we couldn't be more thankful for her! Thank you again Autumn, your kindness makes the world a brighter place!
forgot my nibbler in my mobile order. had to walk back in and then when i got it it was COVERED in the wrong sauce. and the 4 finger plate i got had the smallest tenders so it doesn’t even fill up like a 4 piece should. thanks zaxby’s. ???????? used points for that too
I’ve eaten in a lot of Zaxby restaurants. This location is by far the filthiest I have seen. The floor was nasty. The drink machine was dirty. The floor looks like it has never been mopped or cleaned.
Y’all call this a full size salad? Y’all sent me to wait “for hot egg rolls” for almost 15 minutes and I get a salad that looks like this???? Total waste of 14$!!!!!
Had lunch with two of my colleagues while visiting Newnan for work. There are plenty of parking space for this fast food style restaurant, so it was easy to park even during their busy time.
There are many great decorations all over the walls. I ordered chicken tender with fries and the portions were huge. I was not able to finish. The prices are also great. The Zax’s sauce is a must to try.
This location has gone downhill. The Freestyle machine was out of lots of drinks and I came before the lunch rush. The floors are sticky and veggies were not very fresh tasting. The place also has a musty smell. Needs a detailed cleaning and better training for staff.
I have to give only 3 stars. Their customer service is great but tenders are small and the coke is always gross when i go through drive thru. Also, anytime i order a 5 finger plate i only end up with 4! Other than that, the food tastes good everytime.
Update: once again, something was left off I paid for. I keep giving them a try and other than a few times, they always forget something. I'm going to take a break for awhile from this location.
New update 2024:
Tried the tacos. Delicious and would recommend! Staff was friendly, order was accurate fresh and fast ????
