Our food was kind of stale, but it was good with the sauce. The service was amazing, the cashier was super nice! The best part of the experience was watching a little tiny spider in the corner of the window catch a fly! It was so cute, and we got to watch the fly stop moving!! The spider started wrapping it up, and it really made us consider the fleeting nature of life while eating our chicken, and how we're all stuck in a web, slowly dying from venom, aren't we? Great experience!
I've give this location many chances. Multiple times I get home with my wings or my wife brings the wings home without any sauce. Tonight she ordered extra Nuclear sauce. Get the food home, no sauce on the wings at all. They taste like old frozen wings that have been sitting around for a while. I go to get the receipt to call about them and my wife says they didn't give me a recipt. No recipet in the bag or her vehicle. It's ashamed to pay 12 dollars for some wings with extra sauce and have to throw them in the trash.
This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten horrible food from this location. They also gave me all drums that I didn’t request because I love all flats. Wing were cold and disgusting I just wasted $19 and I’ll never return here and I’ll recommend no one else does. Highly disappointed
The service is fine in this location. My issue is that lately the fries taste stale/dried out. It has happened on numerous occasions lately and does not show any signs of improving.
I tried to call the store several times but because no one answered I thought I would leave a review letting you know. My grandmother and I are very disappointed with our last visit at this location. We both went to the bathroom before ordering our food, and we were greeted with a not so friendly visitor while in there—a cockroach. This gave us a very bad impression of the cleanliness of this establishment and we decided to eat down the road instead of continuing to order. I’m a huge zaxbys fan, but you guys need to deal with the roaches before we return.
Got dinner salads, good but a little pricey for what is basically fast food.
Update: I visited in October of 2021. That visit was way better. I visited today May 13th of 2022. Bottom line? This visit was not worth the money paid. Me and a friend walked in, straight to the counter. There was no greeting of any kind, just a fellow standing there waiting for us to order. After placing our order, I went to the bathroom. It was relatively clean but for very few people to be in the restaurant, not clean enough. The hand drying machine did not work although the paper towel machine did. When I came out of the bathroom my friend had gotten our food. While it wasn't an incredibly long wait time, one feels if they have to wait on their food it should be hot and fresh. It was not. I do not know what they use to clean their seats but my seat was extremely sticky, as well as my friend's seat. We changed tables only to find that the seats there were sticky as well. I am including some pictures with this but it's hard to see that stickiness in the pictures. I got a Zack's snacks which is three chicken fingers a piece of toast and fries. The piece of toast had ranch dressing on it but my order did not include ranch dressing. I did not eat that. None of my food was hot at all, it was barely lukewarm. We saw staff members standing around talking and using their phones between orders and there weren't frequent orders. How is it that the trash is full, seats are sticky, tables haven't been cleaned the floor has not been swept, the bathroom isn't clean but people can still stand around and talk or get on their cell phone? After trying this place twice, I would not recommend for anyone to go there. Frankly I just don't think you're getting your money's worth.
Another great Zaxby's experience!! The only problem I had is that the bathroom was dirty and they had no toilet paper. Other than that, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly.
This was my first time eating at a Zaxby's chicken finger restaurant. I actually really loved the food! The service on the other hand I thought was a bit lacking but it is an all fast food restaurant nowadays. Unfortunately this is just like the rest. If you can make it past the service I would definitely eat here.
