Best WLM Reviews
My food is always tasty and fresh. However, I am leaving this negative review for a very good reason. I always order large orders of French fries for all of us, and they are giving me very few. This has happened to my family and I the past several times now, including today. I will share a pictures of two of the meals along with this review. These are what you would get with a medium or a small order of fries. I am so tired of purchasing extra fries, and them giving us less. I am contemplating choosing another chain if this keeps happening.
I always enjoy Zaxby’s, mainly for the nuclear sauce, otherwise it’s decent chicken. Good fries. I fasted all day, decided I’d break that with a 5 finger plate. The 5 finger plate may have well been a 1 finger plate with as small as the chicken was. Every strip looked like this Chic-Fil-A nugget.
Every in store or mobile pick up order I do here is terrible. It’s always a group of teenagers and never a manager around to keep them on task and working while on the clock. The teenagers run the show.
Guest experience is not a top priority at this establishment. You can enter and stand at the counter for upwards of 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Not even a hi, be with you soon, etc.
Heard alot about this place so decided to check it out. It was OK. Definitely fast food, employees were polite and had our food ready quickly.
Love the Halloween decor & music! The theming makes us want to come back because it’s a fun atmosphere.
Fast & friendly service as well.
Please bring a Zaxby’s to Madison Street!
Food is always great service isn't bad, just not as friendly as it has been in the past. Atmosphere is going down in all our restaurants and businesses in the area. To many people crowded into the area and our local gov likes the new tax$$$$ but they aren't putting it into roads and bridges to ease traffic.
Amazing service! The young woman at the counter was very helpful and very friendly! She even gave my grandmother a senior discount that I didn't even know existed there. The restaurant is very clean. The food was great! Their salads are always very fresh and delicious. This is a great place to eat!
I've been here often and had a good experience, but today I came to the drive through and ordered a fried house salad. I love their salads usually, but this one was full of rotten lettuce. I don't think it's a big deal to have a piece or two of iffy lettuce, but this was most of it. I pulled out a bunch of it at first, but then just gave up and threw the whole mess away. Very disappointing.
