It was awful. We were the only customers in the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru but still had to wait quite a while for service despite the drive thru employee walking by us standing at the counter more than once. She didn’t say hello or that someone would be with us soon much less stop a moment to take our order herself. Then I began to eat my Cobb salad and tasted something was off… I had to spit it out and after a little inspection verified that the cheese was bad. Yuck! I went back to the counter to let them know and warn them if anything else had the moldy cheese to remove it. They apologized but did nothing to rectify the fact that we’d spent $11 for a salad that I only took about 6 bites of. Clearly I didn’t have cheese in those first bites. Yuck! We will not be back to this location ever again.
Enjoyed my experience here. The place was clean, the food was tasty, and quick turnaround when we ordered. Only issue was we did have to wait for a few minutes for our order to be taken, which was a little confusing since the place was empty at the time. Overall would recommend this location!
Absolutely WORST Cobb Salad I have ever gotten from here. 3 thinly sliced tiny pieces of tomato and 4 timy pieces of bacon, along with crumbs of breading with nearly shredded chicken is not acceptable. If you're cutting corners then cut your prices too. Marking this location off my list after 3 years of coming to this same location. What has happened to customer care and service??
I love the chicken at Zaxby's, but I've given this location three chances, and every time, the service is abysmal. The same lady runs the drive through every time, and you have to give your order multiple timea before she gets it. Then, you're lucky if it take you less than 15 minutes to get your food, even if you are the only customer in line! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes, they're out. If you want Zaxby's, go to the location over by Splashtown instead, because this one ain't it.
Picked up food, and then drove 15 minutes home. All I ordered was a 3 piece tender meal. Get home, and it's a completely different meal. How hard is it to mess up your #1 combo. This is ridiculous.
Every time I come here even if I’m the only car I’m asked to pull up and wait for food because they have a timer for cars at the window. APPARENTLY THE OWNER KEEPS THE TIMER ON THEM AND THEY KEEP ALL CARS OFF THE TIMER AT THE WINDOW SO THEY’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE! Always waiting for food extra long because they have to bring it out to the car instead of at the window like a normal place!
Staff more interested in gossiping than customer service. I've been here several time and the service is always slow and customers can hear employees gossiping from the drive through and in the dining room. The drive through operator is also very short with you abs curt, borderline impolite. Raising Cane's is down the road, they're way busier but the extra 10 minutes is probably worth the wait. I imagine there is a reason why Cane's is always busy and Zaxby's is practically a ghost town. At this rate, I predict they close in less than 12 months.
They serve RAW CHICKEN!!!! This was my daughter’s order and she realized after eating 3 that something was wrong because they were very chewy. Upon inspection, ALL of her boneless wings were RAW on the inside!!!! The manager only offered a partial refund for the order. He then gave me a fake phone number to his district manager!!!! Corporate has been contacted and if no one responds, a lawyer is next. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!! Now I have to see how sick eating the raw chicken will make my daughter. If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! (And on top of everything, the people at the window taking the orders were rude!!!)
