Greeted by an unfriendly Clinton, who must be mute since he never acknowledged our order with any feedback words. Coke machines are down, so I was charged an extra dollar for, my 1 of 3 options, strawberry lemonade. Dining area had food all over the ground and looked as if it hadn't been tidied in several hours. Trip hazard rugs and very slow service topped off the evening... Probably will drive right past this establishment the next time I'm in Baxley.
They did a remodel just recently. I preferred how it looked before, but, it's ok. But they got rid of the Coke Freestyle drink machine? So disappointing, that was the best thing about coming here. They still have them at other Zaxby's, hopefully they're not going to get rid of them everywhere.
Was asked to pull up, no explanation, nothing. After 10 minutes with no food I called inside. I was told that they had to cook fresh chicken. I ended up waiting 17 minutes for 2 Cobb salads and 10 chicken fingers. I was here for an athletic event, so I don't know if this is the normal way they operate here, but rest assured I will not find out. This is totally unacceptable!!! P.S. no apology either!!
Always a 30 min wait for a meal even for a single person this is outrageous the waiting time every single time I go through the drive through. Here now in faith been over 25 minutes and I still haven't gotten my order. Cars are backed up
Paid $40 just to throw meal away and had to wait 25 mins on terrible service Ordered a grilled cob salad they didn’t put chicken or eggs. Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries they didn’t put bacon. Said they were out of bacon. I was like why didn’t yall say that when I ordered?? Can I have my money back they said no only a manager could make that call and 1 wasn’t available. About half the shift appeared half baked. I will never be back At this location.
I ordered the bacon chicken ranch fries, it’s 9:20pm at the time we ordered.My fries were hard and cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the ranch was on the side which is understandable but be fr.There was also small pieces of lettuce in my food.They’re has gotta be some expectation of quality even with a fast food establishment.I spent over 20$ on my order to get some cold fries and hard cheese curds. I get it’s late and y'all are about to close but this is just lazy. I will never order food from zaxbeys of baxley GA ever again.

Asked for nuclear and gave me whipy and telling me it's nuclear when I know my flavors come here alot won't be coming back .
