Unfortunately, when we visited this Zaxby’s they were out of lemonade and sweet tea. Who knows what else they would’ve been out of had I ordered more. The kickin’ chicken sandwich I ordered turned out good though. Plenty of sauce and the chicken tenders were still crunchy. The french fries were tasty too with the Zaxby’s sauce. The lady at the window was the absolute sweetest, if it weren’t for her I probably would’ve given 3 stars.
The service was good but the Zensation Salad was horrible. When I say it was horrible, that is putting it lightly. The egg roll was burnt so badly that I couldn’t eat it and the lettuce was not fresh. It was thrown together as though the person that fixed it said they can take it or leave it. I should have returned it but I didn’t look at it until I got home. The salad was purchased at the Hueytown restaurant. I was very disappointed and will never patronize Zaxby again.
Went at 8:35pm on Monday Oct 21, 2024 they had no salads, no wings bone in or boneless only chicken fingers. This is ridiculous a restaurant running out of there staples before they close. Never was told why just said they don't any wings and no salads. The girl at the window was nice about it. Also there issues with your drive though micphone.
Hueytown restaurant seem to be going down hill!
Ordered from the app, literally everything was wrong. I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch fries and got 3 boxes that had fries and 3 chicken tenders each. I also ordered 5 pc boneless wings and you know what was in that box? More chicken tenders... no one's food was correct. Everything was replaced with chicken tenders...
I went. Spent over an hour in the drive thru. No one took my order. I ordered through the website still waited. I called no answer. Called corporate and they stated management would contact me. Never did. My food was soggy and cold by the time I got to the window, no explanation of why it took so long and they were fully staffed.
Rude folks at Drive Thru. She gonna tell me to hold on a min. After a few, she says, "go ahead with your order". I give my order and sit there. She laughs several times and comes back, "go ahead with your order". I give my order and same thing. Laughs. I pull up and she just rude. Takes order and tells me to back up and wait 3 min. Finally get food. She never speaks. Can't we all just get along!
Just left the Awful service at churchs chicken and came here...the line was long but service was fast! Got a cobb salad with fried chicken and chicken finger dinner for hubby.. my salad was enough for 2..so eating half today half tomorrow. I got the cobb salad with .lettuce crispy onions tomatoes cheese 1 slice bacon chunks of chicken your choice fried or grilled ..buttered toast
The food is always amazing and love the people so friendly and so helpful make you feel welcome when you come in the door
