We love Zaxby's fingers. Today, we ordered fingers to take to a family event. I ordered on line and received an email telling me to click on a link, which I did on arrival. The app said that my order will be out in a minute. After waiting for over 10 minutes with nothing from the store, I called the store to find out why the delay. They said it will be right out
A few seconds later, a young woman brought it out. I asked why they had not responded to the app notification. Her response was: " oh, we don't have access to that here. You have to call us when you get here". Also, app shows dining room is open, but several people tried the door while we were waiting, only to find it locked. Zaxbys needs to get their app updated or just close it down.
Weighted 30 minutes for food receive nothing had to get a refund for my money and my family. This place needs serious help there was literally nobody inside the restaurant and they couldn't serve two or three combos in 30 minutes. 10/12/24 at 7:32pm
We went thru the drive thru bc we were hot & worn out from our yard sale! The cop salad we received was a generous size, and very tasty, especially with honey mustard for dressing! The kids( in their 20's) had the chicken fingers & wings! Their cheese curds are real tasty!! No drinks, bc we were eating at home.
My food is cold. I agree with another reviewer who said that the workers were coughing all over the food. It's loud and repetitive.
Nasty place.
I've never been to a Zaxby's as depressing as this one!!
Always screwing up orders. I never see a manager on the front side dealing with customers. The kids want to work. They need guidance. Not a manager that hides in the kitchen. I refuse to eat here, but I get my wife salads here from time to time. Hard to mess up a salad, but they consistently serve cold food and usually incorrect.
The food at this Zaxbys is mediocre. Zaxbys used to have the best toast to go with their chicken. It's horrific here. Stale, crushed, over done. Fountain drinks here are a disaster.
I was so happy , to see the milkshakes come back , after being gone since at least : 2018 ! I had one with three chocolate ???? chip cookies ???? , and it just hit the spot !
Drove thru last night, June 20th, ordered 2 Big Zax Snack meals, wrong drinks, no sauce, week old Texas toast. The guy running the counter didn't seem to give a rat's a$$ in being there and his service was horrible and unprofessional to say the least! Will take a break until new employees take over!
