We got sweet tea from them on July 6th 2024 from the tea containers out in the lobby and the tea was FILLED with MOLD, we had already drank several sips before coming to the realization it wasn’t just “odd” tasting tea and now both of us sick, check your tea if you get any, assuming they don’t clean the container in between making tea.
I love Zaxby's food but I order my meal with extra fries...they charge me the money for extra and extra seasoning yet every single time I get my meal I have to go back or call in because they NEVER give me extra. They just take my money and give me a handful of fries and call it a day. That's ridiculous and needs to stop. If you offer extra of things then ADD THE EXTRA TO THE ORDER NOT JUST CHARGE FOR IT AND NOT GIVE IT TO THE PERSON! Do you guys see extra fries or seasoning because I sure don't.
I made an online order, drove 15 minutes from my house. Get all the way home only to find out that I have no sauces no dressings nothing but the salad and the chicken fingers call down there and they tell me oh since it's just the sauces you can just get them when you come back in the. Tf?
Didn’t get any sauces, including the ones we paid extra for. Didn’t get our drink. Didn’t get our fries. Sandwich had almost no sauce on it.
Edit to add: After sending messages to their Zaxby’s Listens online portal twice, I have yet to receive any response from the company.
just saw a zaxbys worker from here fuss and be so rude to the workers inside of ingles at the coffee kiosk inside all because of fruit or something they were out of. i feel like being a fast food business as well they should understand how things are and outages happen. the poor girl was so upset. if your employees are going to be in uniform i think they should at least be polite this sets a terrible example for you and your company showing that the employees act that way to others especially when they are in uniform. it makes it seem as though they would act that way at work as well. terrible image you’re setting for yourself and business.
Why is it that the main response to a review is send us feed back? Isn't that the point of the review??? I waited a month or so to revisit. Oooooh boooooy! How can fries be both burnt and cold?!!? The ones in the Kiddie Meal looked like what's left in the fryer at the end of the day! The bread in my wife's meal was stale and nasty. I've added pictures but they don't show just how bad it really was. Oh yeah, the kids meal, that was it. He had taken one fry out. Barely any in there at all.
Not only did the drive thru service take 30+ minutes. (When there were little to no cars in the parking lot) the employees were absolutely rude when we asked them to correct a mistake they made. You could tell they were angry about having to fix our drink then slammed the window in our faces. Won’t be returning here for quite some time.
My husband and I went to Zaxby’s in Gray,GA on 9/20/2024. We were in the drive through well over 30 minutes and there were only a few cars in the parking lot. The service was horrible and our food was all mixed together in the plate. The wings were supposed to be tongue torch but it was more like hot sauce and vinegar. We will NEVER go back there again!!! It’s the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to.
