Worst customer service ever. No one seemed to care that their mistake caused someone else grief & time & money having to drive in a circle.
Waited extra 5-7 minutes for fried pickles, finally get order & drive off, open box to enjoy on the rest of the drive home & no pickles, some half cooked cold boneless wings instead. I call as I turn around & tell the girl that answered about the error & that I would like to be reimbursed for my troubles & get what I ordered & Trinity tells me that I have to come in to do that, can't do that through drive thru. So, I go in & then am told I can't have both... either my money back or the food, why then did I have to come in? To be lied to again? You should own your mistake & make it right. Bad ending to an already bad day. Managers shouldn't lie & definitely need to make things right if the customer takes the time to come back. Worst attitude in management that I've experienced in a long time & will not be returning to that location. Apparently I should've gone through the whole order because then I get home & I have no dressing for my salad & fried chicken not grilled. This place needs HELP & removal of current staff!!
I went to Zaxbys on hwy 58 yesterday after work to get a little snack. I ordered a kids meal & fried pickles. As I drove off I took the fried pickles out to eat them. The container was hot like they were fresh but they were super hard. Hard to the point it you touch them, they crumbled up & the pickles looked like they were dehydrated. I immediately turned around and asked for them to be remade. The girl at the window, I believe her name was Allison, told me that they are made fresh to order and offered me a refund. I told her I didn’t want a refund but for them to be made over. She closed the window and asked for a manager to come to the window. When the manager came to the window she asked what was wrong with the fried pickles. I held my hand out with 3 pickles in my hand and showed her How hard they were and how they easily crumbled- she offered me a refund. Again, for the third time asked for them to be made over and she said that they were made fresh and offered me a refund. I asked her if they were made fresh what was wrong with the batch that I had and she humped her shoulders up and said that she didn’t know and again offered me a refund. I don’t understand what so hard about cooking some food instead of losing a customer and offering a refund several times to someone who clearly didn’t ask for a refund.
They were kind enough to donate over 60 free meals to Central High School and the service was incredible and fast. They truly value every customer and don’t hesitate to come through for the local community.
The food was good and served quickly. We didn’t really receive service with a smile though. It seemed the drive through attendant was definitely having a bad day.
I arrived at the drive-through around 8:25 PM, but the inside was closed, as usual, despite the posted hours indicating that the restaurant is open until 9:00 PM. While I was waiting, I noticed at least seven cars leave the drive-through line. A possible solution would be to have both the front and drive-through open at the same time during posted hours. If I were a franchise owner, I would be concerned about this situation and would want to address the service issues at this location. I would definitely review the cameras to assess lost business and would likely incentivize my employees to represent my company as if it were there own. We sat in your drive though for over 45 minutes. Food was great but service lacked.

Zaxby's was so generous to donate over 60 meals for the choir and band members of Chattanooga Central High School after a field trip. The food was ready when requested and our students really enjoyed it!
This is a great Zaxbys. Me and my coworkers go here almost every day for lunch. The staff is great and the food is always good. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. The food is ready almost before you can get your drink.
Very methodically slow. Four people walking around behind the counter with just me at the register and serving no other guests on the store. 3 minutes to get around to take my order. Another 12 minutes waiting on my salad with them only prepping drive thru orders.
