I came to this location and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 Cobb salads and they left bacon off my chicken was cold and also the chicken was half cut up and half together. Clearly this location has poor management considering the mange named Christopher was rude and handled the situation poorly. Why do you have a attitude when I’m the one is being inconvenience by the situation you want me to get back in my car and drive miles back because the person in your kitchen clearly doesn’t care about the quality of my food. I use love the location but now not so much. The guy also in the register gave me back to much money also.
Tried the new chicken finger tacos and was pleasantly satisfied. I honestly thought it would not taste any different than the regular chicken fingers. But it had its own unique flavor. Would order again!
Great food at a decent price. They have a wide selection of chicken combos, and a great variaty of beverages. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the great atmosphere and decorations. One bummer is that the men's room didn't have a soap dispenser. I hope the kitchen has their own soap and sink. If not for the soap situation, I would have given 5 stars.
Order 5 items , had to go back through the line 3 times. Finally got order after making us feel like we were trying to steal food , when we had a receipt for what we order. $60 bucks later and we have cold food. Rude customer service and bad manager. The manger should have done something right then to make sure our food was hot and fresh after all of that , instead of making us feel like a thief.
Honestly, the food and service were great, but one thing kind of made me sick. In the men’s restroom, ironically right across from the “All employees must their hands before returning to work” sign, was the spot where the soap dispenser USED to be. There was no soap dispenser the the men’s room! Which means that none of the men (all working in the kitchen) had washed their hands! ???? This was not only gross but unsanitary and likely illegal. I hope they get that soap dispenser back up immediately!
I got the Tacos several times for lunch the advertisement shows full taco shell but the tacos I get are skimpy on ingredients with small chicken fingers! They are good but need too fill the taco with ingredients as advertised
I opened my box and saw that I only had 7 fries in my box. This is a great location, just would like more fries than 7.
Wife gave it a 4 flush review after the shrimp contaminated chicken. Also had a wig wearing lady of the knight named METHANY sucking down here chicken salad.
