I ordered a zaxbys salad dipped in tongue torch in the drive thru and this is what they gave me. As you can obviously see theres no sauce on there yet the manager wanted to argue with me at the drive thru about it even though he was looking right at my plate and refused to re-sauce my salad. Stuff is too expensive nowadays to not get what you paid for on top of getting attitude.
*EDIT* there were some improvements as far as I could tell, I may be wrong but I noticed some. But today I must’ve just got someone on a bad day I’m not sure. Wasn’t busy, maybe 4 cars in the parking lot and I was one of 2 cars in the drive thru. My sandwich had one whole bite of pickles. After rearranging them it was great. Service was quick, and no issues over the drive thru speaker, nothing missing from order.
Still have yet to get my extra seasoning I request on my fries but it’s a work in progress I suppose.
Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.
There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.
Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.
They do have an amazing chocolate ???? milkshake ???? though... ???? ???? ????
This Zaxby’s is a joke. They gave me a Sprite that tasted like Pine-Sol, and when I asked to exchange it, they may be paid for another drink. I asked for sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea. When I drove back to get my sweet tea, they told me they didn’t have any sweet tea….. I don’t normally take things personally, but damn dude… talk about feeling robbed.
I really want to like this place, but they're so slow it's frustrating. 20 minutes to get your food is ridiculous. The food is good, the people are very friendly, but it's gotta be managed poorly to be that slow. It's not only this Zaxby's, everyone I've been to. You'd think they would figure something out by now
I was upset today I ordered a salad, fried chicken salad. This was doing lunch. They were so busy I took what they gave me. A fried chicken sandwich with fries. I was pissed. My chicken was cold. It did not taste good. My fries were alright, however, I do not eat fries. This whole sandwich was a waste. I thew it in the trash. I could not get the numbers to work so I could complain on the app! No more Clemson Blvd Anderson,S.C.
We ordered on the app and said our food would be ready by 12:22 pm but 25 minutes later it came out. The gentlemen working the counter was incredibly rude and even rolled their eyes at another customer. The dining room was nasty but no one seemed to care. I’ve attached a picture of the overflowing trash cans. Needless to say this location needs new management or new employees who have skills in customer service & care about the establishment.
UPDATE: THIS WAS $10...why did I give them another chance? Boneless wings
Go to the Zaxby's on Greenville street for fresh cut lettuce not the bag stuff. They switched here and caught me by surprise. This franchise skimps.
