I have not had Zaxbys in a very long time, but decided to try them since they were close. I went through the drive-thru & the cashier gave a very welcoming greeting! She was helpful and patient! When I got to the window, she had a big smile and provided awesome customer service!
My food was cooked fresh and was delicious! I would have preferred my wings to be cooked a bit harder, but they were still good!
Spent 32 dollars on 2 fried cob’s salads with double chicken, got salads there was no bacon, no double chicken and tomato was very wet and sour tasting. Took salads back and was told it was double meat on them which as you can see was not, this is the second time this has happened so I’m done giving my money to this zaxby location.
Spent $60 here just to come home to see an extremely lazy worker chose not to toast the bread on two of the kickin chicken sandwich meals I purchased BUT as you can see there are 4 toasted Texas toast with the finger meal. I have NEVER had a kicking chicken sandwich meal served on plain bread!!!! Pure laziness at it's finest????
Where do I start…. The drive-thru cashier told me the total was $68.42. I gave her a $50, $20, $3 (ones) and $0.42. She spent 5 minutes looking at the $50 to see if it was real or not and then someone told her that it was real. She then took another 5 minutes counting the money so I hit my horn and asked her what was the problem. She said I think you gave me too much money. I told her that I did so that she can give me back a 10 dollar bill. She said oh okay and then told me to move up to the white line. I waited for 20 minutes before I went inside to find out what is going on. At this point I just wanted my money back. I immediately seen three workers helping the first girl figure out my order. Long story short I made it home just to see one salad didn’t have chicken on. The chicken sandwich was tough with a funny texture. And the cheesecake bites didn’t have dipping sauce. This place is horrible and I will not be returning. And they need to stop hiring these young kids who do not care about their job or the customers.
I don’t know what happened to this location but it has really gone down in the past year. The wait times are ridiculous, the service is bad and the food?? Horrible.
We just ordered the Chicken Philly combos with extra cheese and not only were there no onions on the sandwich, there was literally NO cheese on our sandwiches, and they were cold. The fries too. We had to add our own cheese and that just made it worse. Zaxbys is too expensive to not receive great food. VERY disappointing.
I usually would patronize Zaxby's on Fairview at least 4 nights a week. I had to post because I am just disgusted with the food. It is horrible. The fries ninty percent of the time is not fresh. I really hate this. I ordered the spring rolls and they were burned. They also forgot to put the sauce for spring rolls in the bag. I am really disappointed. I can't keep wasting my money at that store location. I give up. SMH! My dinner in the trash.
12-13-18 - Out with my family at this location. Restaurant and areas were clean, staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It wasn't too crowded, but had a steady stream of people coming and going. They have electronic napkins and a credit card reader at the Ellenwood location. Ordered House Salad Fried (2), Nibblers Meal, and fries. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot. The fries didn't have any seasoning, so used ketchup. Ordered, another Nibblers Meal for my other son who was not there, and was mistakenly given to another patron. Another one was made, and extra Zaxbys sauce was included. Very pleased with the service, and food was fine.
I keep giving this location chance after chance and they continue to disappoint. Today was no exception. Pull up to the window after a lengthy wait because curbside apparently is an urban myth and of course they give me 1 meal even though I ordered 2 and what's even more hilarious, the receipt outside the bag says 2 meals. I'm so done with this location and would rather drive an extra 10 or 15 minutes to another one
