Neither of the 2 tacos i ordered were prepared correctly. The chipotle one had chipotle sauce, tomato, and lettuce. It was supposed to have chipotle sauce, cheese, and pico de gallo. The avocado one had avocado ranch, cheese and lettuce. It was supposed to have avocado ranch, tomato, lettuce, & bacon.
The chicken bacon ranch fries had whole chicken tenders that i had to tear up by hand. The fries weren't done at all.
I am very disappointed and was looking forward to trying these new items. If you're going to offer limited time items, maybe you should make sure your workers know how to prepare said items. I would give a 0 if i could.
Been here about three times and every time it’s a terrible experience. We always have to wait over twenty minutes in drive-thru regardless of amount of meals or cars in the parking lot. There is always something missing or wrong once we do get it. And the last visit my husband went back in to get his missing dressing packs for his salad, since their big salads come with two dressings he had asked for two when given one and the lady said she’d have to charge for a second. We haven’t risked going back since and if we ever crave Zaxby’s we go to Franklin.
What a cluster! One guy said he had been waiting 45 minutes. That's how long we waited as well. No one in charge. Kids behind counter just playing while line of people grew. Filthy restaurant with overflowing garbage and workers taking a break, eating during rush
Bun was so hard I could rap my knuckles on it. Chicken Patty was terrible.
Returned, and while I was given a new sandwich, management didn’t apologize or seem to be alarmed by this poor product being served. Will never return.
The fries were way too salty, it felt like a attempt on my life due to dehydration
Like.. they put the entire freaking salt shaker on the fries
I ordered a 12 count fingers and a order of friend mushrooms. The fingers were good but the mushrooms were super greasy some were hot and some were cold before leaving the parking lot. Seemed like they had been re-dropped in the fryer. Thinking no big deal I’ll just return them and get some fresh ones. I waited in line behind 4 other cars because the dinning room was closed. Still no big deal. But the fact that it took 5 employees standing up at the window with a nasty smirk on their face to look at the mushrooms I was returning was ridiculous. I will drive across town next time. This zaxbys used to be the best it’s definitely went down hill.
Food was blah, not hot or cold. Very small portions. Fries had no seasoning. Also Zaxby’s has changed their chicken. It is not great. I hate to say it but I think McDonald’s nuggets are better. The kids working were nice and did provide good service.Canes is so much better. The food is always fresh.
Good, not great. The last 2 times we've been to this location they've left items off our order so if you get yours to go you may want to double check it before you leave.
