Best WLM Reviews
Conveniently located right next door to the place we were staying. Decided to give it a shot for lunch one day, before heading out for our afternoon activities.
The restaurant was clean with plenty of seating available. The full menu was pretty easy to pick from - chicken and fries.
The Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich Combo tasted great and was a good size.
Update - Consistent
Popped in here today for a quick late lunch in the drive-through. I have been to this location several times and the food is always good. While technically the service has been efficient and good they don't seem too friendly or interactive. Kind of have a get the job done mentality. It's not bad at all. Just a place for improvement perhaps. I'm sure I'll be back :)
Places on order in Saturday for a Large“Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal” due to the promotion they had. I spoke with Angie and she said they would make my order right.
Just left and once again my order was messed up. I did not get what i ordered. I got 2 #4s which is a 5 piece wing meal and they were smalls.
Called and spoke to Amanda to try to correct this and she told me she will not do it due to what was written in the book. I told her okay i will speak with Angie in the morning regarding this mess up and she told me the chances of getting my order remade were “slim to none.”
For a person who works hard to make their money and to decide to spend it here, i deserve to get my orders made fresh and correct. I do not believe this is right and would love for someone to reach out to me regarding my interaction today!
It was a nightmare. Our food was given out to someone in the drive.thru twice. We had to wait for it to be remade. When we asked.for.more to.drink.we were told they had already broken down the machines for the night. We asked if we could just get some water, and they refused. Our food was also overcooked. We had to throw away about half of the food.
I placed an order in the app for take out. The left out an entire order, the coke had no syrup and my tea tasted like dirt. I've tried reaching out multiple times for a refund and no one has gotten back to me. To top it off, it was my son's birthday and this what wad he asked for and it was his order they left out
A few problems today on a pick up order. No sauces were packed for 4 orders, and the mix on the soft drinks were way off, not pleasant to drink. Double check everything before you leave.
The service is always great and normally the food is, but my last order was not good at all. All of my food tasted precooked like it had been sitting.
Everything was great except the fact that the fries had no seasoning whatsoever and last I checked i thought all meals came with atleast one Zax sauce added… I didn’t receive that one nor did I receive the XTRA Zax sauce that I ordered and paid for…
