Got this meal at 2:09pm. Get to the hospital to sit and have a meal. At 2:49 pm. I am posting this review. Zaxbys must be famous for fingers & sauce cause it's not this salad. The chicken is either overcooked or undercooked. It's tough ???? I came to get what I saw being advertised. Where is the rest of the salad? I will return this item.
Chicken tenders were OK, a bit on the salty side, coleslaw was OK. The service was not the greatest cashier was not welcoming but the atmosphere was nice.
One female manager was good at management at busy time. She was really nice and kindly. I ordered chicken fries and salads. The taste and appearance of food were good and the shop was clean.
The only Zaxby's I know that stay messing up. Employees don't give a damn food just cold and nasty and smell. Cheese hard and all! Only reason I ordered cause my coworkers were going! Straight trash!!!!
Ate here for the first time. I got the Asian chicken (grilled) salad thing, which was good. There was an egg roll in there. You don't see that in many salads.
They have one of those drink machines with like 50 varieties of soda. You ever see inside one of those? There's like 50 little cartridges of syrup. That must suck to have to change those out all the time.

This Zaxby sucks.Food never right always cold fries and if you get a Cobb Zalad b sure to check it you know eggs getting expensive the workers taking them home. A bunch of kids working with attitudes and when you bring it to their attention the are rude like it's your fault the order us wrong.
Staff was extremely rude! The lady that took our order was snappy, inpatient and made the comment “This is not McDonald’s” all because my husband said nuggets instead of tenders by mistake. Then the lady at the window didn’t know what drinks or even how many drinks we ordered and shoved our stuff out the window at my husband. Do not recommend.
Found the experience poor, service was slow at lunch time. There was a line waiting for food and to get your order taken. Cooks and those taking orders were standing around talking, while others were working. Made me think that so much more could be done at this location. Relatively clean however there was gunk on the ketchup dispenser. Garbage cans were over flowing. Overall not pleased. Soda machine was also down and not functional.
