Costumer service is extremely bad!
I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER! RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If you have option to go somewhere be wize and not to waste money. I order 6pcs double fries and my order is mess up, this the 3rd time. Cashier is very bad! Half of my food is missing, then when i ask for sauce this lady told me they only give 1 sauce per 6 pcs and double fries. No napkins No utensil! NOTHING!!
I brought my friend here to eat. We both wanted a good salad. Zaxby's has delicious foods, including salads. They have several different ones. On this visit, we ate the Asian chicken salad.
Having become accustomed to crappy customer service at fast food restaurants, I visited Zaxby's for the first time today. Talk about GREAT customer service!!! Eric and John were quick, courteous, friendly and all around awesome!!! The food was great too!! A week later try it again just to make sure I was right the first time and I was. Very fast service, accurate order, great food and friendly, courteous customer service. Thank you Naiya!!!
Service was quick and accurate. Customer service was OK. Not overly nice but not exactly rude either. One of our chicken sandwiches was raw on part of it. Not safe at all. Very disappointed!
The food was good . Only had one issue. The price listed was not the price I paid. Once I brought it to the clerks attention, she said it was because of the tax. Witch is not the case. See photos.
Quick service and food is always fresh. Over all will highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. No wait time in the drive thru.
This location is absolutely terrible. I don’t want to speak terribly about the lunch time crew since I’ve usually gone in the evening. That being said the night crew is awful. The service is awful. The food is not that great. I even got soggy toast. I mean how do you mess up toast? Don’t dare complain either. How dare you expect one thing and be upset when you don’t get what you paid for. My order was even given to the wrong person and they chased him to the car and took it back and handed it to me. All around unprofessional.
We went for lunch (more like middle of the afternoon). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which didn't seem very fresh unfortunately.. But the kids got the mini sandwiches which were hot and crispy. The fries were hot and tasty too. consistency with freshness for all meals would have been a plus but was a bit of a letdown hence to missing star. Zaxby's sauce is in my top 5 fave fast food sauces for sure.
