Stopped here for a fast lunch ordered the number one in a three piece big zax and four fing small drink diner in went to get our drinks and sit down in the dining area. When order was ready they did not call us. Just happened to go back and notice food was already sitting on the counter. Poor customer service the chicken fingers were cooked too long dry would not recommend this location.

girls like to come here for lunch, but I may not come here again after I’ve been there once, because the food has no special features and is placed in a rich sauce, which highlights its heaviness.
this location is typically great. fast, fresh food, friendly service, but I have to give it a 1 star due to one too many incidents with 2 female employees I’ve encountered on night shift. they are obviously friends, both blonde, look high school age. very unprofessional. tonight my family and I received what was obviously an old batch of fries, mushy with no seasoning at all. the chicken was fine and sauces were correct, but when i open my box of fried pickles i find half a chicken tender on top? I probably won’t return for a while
Stopped by on way back to Louisiana after escaping the path of Francine. Got sick l8tr but that could be because of other things that happened. I enjoyed the background music and good attitude of employees. I found it clean and in very good order.
Dont even get me started on this mr beast box… or as some may say … heaven in a box. it taste like LORD JESUS BLESSED THIS BOX HIMSELF. GOD BLESS THE COOKS, GOD BLESS THE CASHIERS, AND GOD BLESS THE MAN HIMSELF MR BEASTTTT!!!
Ok.... I had a reply from Zaxby's because I gave them 3 stars..... they wanted to know what they would have to do to get 5.... Well.... Honestly it was my first time trying Zaxby's and I wasn't very impressed... The chicken and fries tasted like they were fried in old grease!!! Change your Grease and you might get a five star rating! ????Am I the only one that noticed?
I work night shift and grabbed a chicken salad from here before I came in. I was excited because I didn’t eat all day and I’ve always wanted to go to Zaxby’s. When I got to work and went to take the salad out of the bag, there was a fly smushed into the lid. My entire meal was ruined and nothing else is open for me to get food at. Very disappointed.
Asked for sandwich all the way and it onky had sauce in it. No lettuce or mayonnaise. Got a salad and was not given salt and pepper and NO FORK. We did think to ask for ketchup for fries before we drove off. Guess we should have figured since the workers were more concerned with running their mouths instead of doing their job it would not have been done correctly!
