The female's in the picture I don't know you two from a can of paint, but you're at Zaxby's to work not to talk about customers. If someone would've snatched you across the counter would you laugh at that.
Drive thru only. Took 10 minutes from payment to food delivery. Supposedly tossed in sauce was basically dry. Ask for ketchup - none Had to walk back to the drive window to get them. Not the worst Zaxby's experience ever but close. AND the toast was burnt!
TERRIBLE! The lobby was destroyed. The people that worked in this establishment were all miserable. No one at all smiled once. They got our food wrong not once not twice. But three solid times. We finally gave up asking. The food made my entire family sick. Still sick currently from eating lunch here today ! Totally disgusted. Only snapped one pic. Highly advise against this location. Again you can clearly see in the pic that the people
Working at this establishment do not care at all. They were not busy. No excuse for such a sloppy restaurant. We even had to wipe our own table down!!! And the people that worked here allowed it instead of doing it themselves.
Be careful about using your credit/debit cards in the drive thru window, for some odd reason some of the staff will decide to keep it!!!!!
And this location runs out of ICE ???? and who wants a HOT MEAL with a HOT BEVERAGE TO GULP DOWN BEHIND IT IN THE SUMMER ON A HOT DAY!!!!! ????
Ordered chicken tacos without tomatoes and got no lettuce and tons of tomatoes instead. Tacos still tasted like tomatoes even after I pulled them off.
Drive away and ate some fries and the food was cold ask for a Coke Zero and it was a Diet Coke asked for a regular Coke and had to ask which one was Coke and which one was Zero Coke. Poor Service
I have NEVER seen so many feathers on chicken wings in my life!! It completely ruined my appetite thank you Zaxbys!! Pluck your chicken wings please and thank you! I totally wasted my money!!! ????????????????
Waited 30 minutes for my chicken. I expect better than that when you have such a small menu. Food wasn't even fresh.
Update, went back today 1/4/20 and the food came out quickly but the restaurant was a mess.
