Ran thru drive thru to get some dinner before work. Fast and friendly as always. Food was hot and fresh and delicious.
I ordered a cobb salad with a group order. The lettuce was bad, the veggies were spoiled. The chicken was ok but it's like the salad had been sitting in the fridge for days. Where is the quality control?
I ordered on the app so I could go through the drive thru got the window they said to park in the number one spot and bring it out to me I understand they where busy so I waited almost 45 minutes and still did not have my food when they told me they would bring it out to me. I went inside and they had it sitting out as a pick up by the time I got my food it was cold taking my business to the one in Florence.
i hate to be the person to complain ab fast food places but o my god. idk what the deal was today. i usually try not to go to this one bc i already know my foods either going to be cold or messed up but i felt like today i might have good luck. they didn’t seem to be really busy (i went at 2 o’clock) but we ended up having to pull into a parking spot to wait for the food, which i was fine with. but they bring the food out and the entire bag has nuclear sauce dripping from it. literally everything in the bag was drenched in the sauce. not to mention the kiddie finger i ordered, didn’t receive the water with it or THE CHICKEN. literally just got a thing of fries. and it said the meal correctly on the receipt. it was like they poured the entire thing of sauce into the box with my buffalo big zax snack in it. it was better than not having any sauce at all but it literally got all over me and my car. the picture doesn’t even do it justice. i will say the employees were nice so atleast they’re doing something right.
From louisiana I never had this chicken before.
Ordered the ranch bacon fries and 3 PC chicken and a 5 PC..was so delicious ty
Ordered a salad with no cucumbers and of course they have them on it. Paid for extra cheese literally a tablespoon of cheese. Don’t order off the app I couldn’t find anywhere to respond and tell them.
This is not a great Zaxby's. They are trying really hard but for some reason it's just not...good. If you are really craving Zaxby's try a different location. At the same time, it's not the absolute worst.
We had wait too long for our order and there were too many ppl standing around.
