Stopped for a quick bite during a road trip on a Sunday.
We’ve been Zaxby’s fans for years. The corn on the southwest Zalad was frozen. The salad left a lot to be desired.
Restroom needs to be cleaned.
I ordered wings and things today while on the way back to Atlanta. I had to wait about 10 minutes but it was worth it. My food was fresh and wings were sauced up. My fries actually had seasoning . Thank you for a great meal.
The worst fast food of the day!!
Food tastes ok with chicken dripping water, the lazy staff, the worst drinks ( 4 drinks only with no ice and no tea!!) long wait.
Anywhere will be better than here and they bathrooms(don’t, just don’t)!
First and last time ordering on the app at St Augustin Rd location. I already know that inside ordering is horrible and it's best to order drive thru even though the line is wrapped around the bldg. Long story short I tried curbside pick up, wrong also. I arrived and checked in. After sitting in my car for additional 10 minutes and noticing that another driver had gone in to check on there food had not returned. I went inside and inquried about my food. It was sitting on the counter. I stay 5 minutes from Zaxbys. I got home and not only was my food cold, it was also missing a chicken finger.
The food isn’t usually bad but they always get my order wrong. If you pay for extra fries you will almost never get them. I tried coming in and getting it fixed and they had an attitude and gave me literally 6 fries.
I ordered the wings and they were severely overpriced and a little overcooked. Service was pretty fast. It was crowded with people standing all around.
Great people, great food, great service!! Stopped in unexpectedly with a large group and the staff was amazing!
We will definitely be stopping there oir next trip to Georgia!
Took way too long to get our order. It may be because the dining room is closed for remodeling. The food was good.
