Francis, who took my order, was full of personality and met all my requests perfectly. Meet is fresh and tender. Fries are crispy. Very yummy meal.
My family and I visited this Zaxby's location for the first time yesterday and had an excellent dining experience. We received our food promptly and the employee named Charli provided exceptional, friendly service. Charli exhibited great customer service skills. The restaurant was impeccably clean and had a delightful atmosphere. I plan to revisit this Zaxby's again in the near future.
Super easy to order online! :)
Order was ready on time! :) They were out of frozen lemonade and gladly substituted another drink and included a cookie on the house. The entire experience was very pleasant. :) The staff made you feel so welcome! :) Will definitely be going back! :)
Never had issues with this location until this past Tuesday. Got a doordash delivered and as I was wrapping up my meal I noticed the chicken tenders looked absolutely disgusting inside. <48 hours later and I am sick with food poisoning.
Frances took good care of me in hekpimg me select my meal
i tried the new chicken tocos and love it
Wonderful experience. I went for a promotion but couldn’t figure out how to order it on the app and at least 3-4 people tried to genuinely help me. In the end I didn’t get it figured out but they honored the promotion anyways. Food came out great too! It made my evening - I’m so grateful. So refreshing to see them work for their customers. It’s an honor to leave this review. Thanks Michael, Carolina, and team!
Meriam ,as she described herself as manger, was so rude to me today when I tried to tell her about the wrong order, she refused to help to fix my order and wanted me to pay again extra or the food will be wasted and this cost her money ,she said you pay again or I refund you ,and I said refund me she refunded me cash and through the coins on me in the car.The funny part is she took the food again from that was in the car and said I cant open the order because it’s already contaminated so you have to make a new order, but refused to take the drink back saying it’s contaminated. But how could she take the food and leave the drink ,isn’t contaminated already? I am daily customer at this location and some employees know me there, how could a manger treat customers when they did the wrong order and refused to take accountability on it ? One of the worst experience ever and I will never come back there .Sorry for losing a good customer when hiring people as MERIAM .Very rude experience .
I always go to the zaxbys. Normally they do a good job with everything this time was no different I took off a star because they slacked on the loaded fries they are supposed to be loaded so I expect more chicken and bacon but other than that it was good. Everything was made fresh to order they gave less fries this time than normally but overall everything was good and service was good.
