Really nice people and great service. People are super friendly and service was awesome.
Unfortunately, the chicken is salty but otherwise unseasoned. The Texas toast was soggy and bland. Though, the fried cheese was very tasty.
Consistently closed earlier then posted hours and signage on drive thru, should really take down all their store hour signs if they truly aren’t open as late as they say
I'm usually satisfied with the food here but lately, they've been skimping out on the salads and fries. There was way less salad the last time I got one.
This is my first time eating at Zaxbys (7/18/24). I'm impressed! The chicken is very good, and the fries and Zax sauce hit the spot. Friendly employees, clean place, quick but courteous during lunch rush. I'll be back.
I just called the Zaxbys on main st in Fuquay-Varina to tell them I was missing a item that was never made and Ashley the manager said that was not her problem but I got charged for it
Terrible I got to Zaxbys definitely the one in Durham. The fries where as if they weren’t cooked all the way the toast tasted as if the bread just got only butter, then I got the boneless bites in the sweet and spicy and lordddd them things was nasty I couldn’t even eat them like why they hard and why the sauce taste sour. Terrible I ain’t my bread because I was hungry
Zaxby's is it no need to upsell it I know that Asian Zensation salad hitting they didn't have the teriyaki dressing so I got ranch an poured the sauce the egg rolls use ????????
Wanted to post this quickly. The building and facilitaties looked great. The restroom and dining area was very clean. Service was fine and staff is pleasant. We arrived at dinner time so a little busier than usual but we got our food in a timely manner. The chicken is normally good so no surprise. I did see a man in a wheelchair struggling to find a table that he could roll under. Not sure if a designated table is available. Our meal was good and the staff quickly cleaned up tables keeping the place looking good.
