Last night my husband went through zaxbys on his way home with “dinner”. They completely made the order wrong (just without bacon) made it plain with just avacodo sauce. Which would have been alright however they seemed to use half of the bottle on the two tacos! Disgusting I couldn’t even eat there was so much sauce drenched on the taco!
I’m very disappointed. I went through the drive through to get my order in Bentonville. I was told to go to parking spot 1. My food was brought to me and I left. Bag was all tied up. had to hurry and get to Gentry. Got to Gentry just to find out the entire order was wrong. Ordered big Zax with grilled chicken. I got chicken sandwiches.
It's way too expensive for dry chicken , always something missing, and portions are never consistent! I literally got 10 fries with my large meal! Charged for every single sauce as well. One plus is that sweet peach tea is on point!
Shout out to the Siloam Zaxby's for their wing and salad platters. I hosted 3 different work training sessions this weekend and opted to go wings/fingers and salad instead of the standard pizza. All three groups were very impressed with the meal, salad included.
Food was fresh, ready for pick up (ordered online a few hours ahead of time), and neatly packaged each time.
Stopped in on our way through town and it was a great experience. We love Zaxby’s and enjoyed eating at this location! Our server apologized for the wait, but we didn’t even wait three minutes. He was very kind and took good care of us! Food was nice and hot, and it all tasted great! Very clean lobby as well.
It was $20 for two meals just to have really small chicken strips and cold fries. If I’m paying that much for fast food you’d think you’d be getting full sized chicken strips. Also the drink I got was mostly just ice. Waste of money.
I ordered traditional wings and paid 10.40 for 5 tiny dried out wings so I took them back and replaced them with the boneless wings and they were tiny and dried out and very little meat mostly all breading also. Taste was also off and very subpar. I don't see myself coming back to Zaxby's. I can't believe you are so expensive with your specialty hardly edible.
The restaurant was very clean great customer service by Amber and Angela and the crew my chicken was on point good and juicy keep up the great job
