Unacceptable! It taste like plastic. It has plastic in it. The Styrofoam melted into the food. Be careful buying from these people. Never again!
My wife and I only go here for the salads which are always outstanding! No matter which salad you get they are amazing!
The atmosphere is a fast food restaurant so not much to say there, three stars for being clean and well maintained.
The servers are very polite and understand what you want! They upsell very little which is much appreciated.
Restaurant was pretty dirty and couldn't really find a good table to sit at. The chicken tenders tasted alright but were ironically small. Used to come to this place when it first opened and can confidently say it lost that special flavor. Bummer..
We arrived at 10:35am, so we were there five minutes after Zaxbys opened. The young lady who took my order was very professional and kind. The food was fresh and good and I had to try the funnel cake baby...but the image is enlarged when you see it in the restaurant, because honey- in my mind- that thing was big enough to cover the entire plate... Not So! But now you know, so you won't be fooled; however, it was delicious non the less. My fries were perfectly seasoned and it was definitely worth stopping here to eat.
Come here pretty often and they do well bit this time nothing was right. I ordered ahead online and when i pulled up they quickly handed me the found then stormed off before i could even say thank you. She never came back for me to ask about my drink so i decided to go in and got it myself after showing my receipt. No big deal but when i got home my order was completely wrong my receipt on the bag was right but the order was completely different. I ordered traditional boneless wings and got boneless BBQ. Since i had already driven home i decided to just deal with what i was given rather then drive 15 minutes back
I went to Zaxby's and ordered 2 big Zax snacks in the drive-thru. When I got my food, it was lukewarm and tasted stale. The fries were covered in salt. I got to 131st and decided I wasn't taking this food home to my child, so I turned back. I walked into the restaurant to request fresh food. The girl who had just helped me in the drive-thru took the food to her manager. The GM, Kim, came to the front and asked what the problem was. I explained, and she insisted the food was fresh and not cold. I disagreed, saying it was cold and old. She offered to give me the same food back, but I declined. She went to check something and returned, saying the food wasn't cold. I told her it was lukewarm and stale, and I didn't want it. I asked for fresh food and no salt on the fries. I was shocked by her audacity to offer me the same nasty food back after examining it. She was very unprofessional, had an attitude, and I saw her touching her bangs that were hanging out of her oily scarf, then proceeding to touch food. I was not impressed and plan to call corporate to let them know. If I ever go back, I'll order inside and avoid spending money if she's there. She was the worst! I must say the rest of the staff were really nice.
My wife bit into a metal paper clip in her salad, luckily she was not hurt. When we informed Zaxbys' staff, they did not seem to care at all. I used to go here at least once a week, I will not be returning.
Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Food is top notch, prices decent. Overall an excellent experience every time I visit.
