Best WLM Reviews
The young lady who served us was very kind when placing the order, and it is worth mentioning the cleanliness of the bathroom. If they keep that place clean like this, which we all see, I'm sure that keeping the kitchen and the whole place clean is good. Congratulations on keeping the place clean. I hope that on a next visit it will be the same! Definitely a very satisfactory stay at this place.
The Big Zac Snack was fresh and hot. The fries were a little too salty, but they still good. The order taker was very nice and prompt to take my order. The girl Ruthie was quick to expedite my order to me. The atmosphere in there was very pleasant as one of the TVs was on the Weather Channel and being a Storm Chaser, this was very good to see. I give this store a 10-star review. Good job Ruthie!
Today I accidentally ordered a meal to this Lawrenceburg location while I was at work instead of the one closest to me. I had trouble trying to cancel my order until two workers, Arty and Nathan, helped me cancel and refund my order. They did an amazing job helping me today and I really want to commend them.
I ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, and received no bacon on them and when I brought it up to counter and told them this and asked if I could get some they refused and said I would have to pay, even though they are meant to come with bacon and mine had none on it. The girl who refused was very rude and and didn't even listen to what I was trying to say to her.
Awful. Got the signature club sandwich, wife got the chicken bacon ranch fries. Sandwich was stopped together one pickle one piece of bacon barely any sauce, bacon ranch fries cheese wasn't melted and couldn't find any bacon. First time we went since the "pandemic" so we figured we'd give it another shot. Won't be back.
We havent eaten here lately so my wife and I decided on going Friday. We ordered the chicken tender plates. When we got home I realized we were both shorted a chicken strip. Normally I dont care enough to call but because of the price I did. I talked to the manager. She was really sweet. She took my name and said to come back at our convenience. We returned Sunday after church and to our surprise we were given 2 complete dinners. (No just the missing pieces). Now in my opinion that is excellent customer service. Thank you Zaxbys!
If I was able to write without a star, I would me and my husband came to the Lawrenceburg Zaxby’s to eat some dinner. We went through the drive-through and I was talking to the lady and she just shut the drive-through door as I’m talking to her then I wait for this gentleman to come over to explain to him what happened he apologized, but then I saw him turn around, and they both basically laughed about it definitely the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant
i called to see if they could do grilled chicken on the chicken bacon ranch fries , and a woman i think dena, something like that i talked to and she said she was dropping fresh chicken. i love her and she needs a raise, super super sweet
