I'm 110% DONE with Zaxbys. The size of the chicken fingers has gotten so ridiculously small that it's time I moved on.The staff is usually friendly but they seem annoyed when someone dines in. It looks like their current priorities are drive-thru and online orders(doordash,grubhub,etc.). But the worst part of all, is the price has went up and the portions have drastically went down. I pay almost $15 for sub-par toast, luke warm fries, and 6 of the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. I mean LOOK at these pictures!! This was the size of ALL of them, I should taken a picture of all of them in the palm of my hand. This isn't just at this Zaxbys, it's everywhere. I don't blame the restaurants for this. I blame their corporate management for making this the acceptable amount. Corporate greed did this, not the workers.
We order in online, two days ago we ordered $50 worth of food, and waited 20 minutes at the restaurant before being told “you ordered your food 30 minutes ago, we’re not making your food.” Ofc they made us our food and gave us a refund bc…what? Today, they didn’t season my fries and instead gave me a cup of the seasoning to do it myself. If I wanted to make my own fries I woulda used the air fryer in the kitchen.AND they’re slow like christmas time. ????
Best customer service I've had in a while! Kuintina R. was very sweet and helpful and made sure I got the right food. Chick-fil-A has nothing on them!
Only give one star because there is no option for zero. I went into this Zaxby's and had to sit there and listen to some kid behind the counter talk about how 9/11 was their "favorite holiday" and then listen to them laugh about it. The employee went so far as to make a hand gesture referencing a plane flying into the building. People died that day. 9/11 should be a day of remembrance and respect not jokes. I will never eat here again.
Counted 7 ???? in salad. Don't understand how they put the chicken in there without the flies getting out. This was the worst experience ever. Nothing can make this right .
Salad good but I miss the black and bleu. Tried the chicken parm fries- interesting pretty good- no mozzarella cheese??
New location, same crappy service. ???? Be careful when ordering online. They seem to forget meals come with sauces, utensils, napkins, even toast.
I know what it means to have 5 stars..and I'm gonna give you a 5 BUT YOU SHOULD ONLY GET A 3!! I CANT BELIEVE THE PRICE OF YOUR FOOD..HOW MUCH IT IS NOW..AND I GOT 5BONE IN WINGS AND THE WAS THE WORST EVER..I WANT YOU TO LOOK AT MY PICS I TOOK..a few Flats had no meat on it..they was bad! I'll go back and if it doesn't change..I'll fix my stars! But this was bad
