The parking lot was empty so that should tell you about this place. The girl at window was rude and shoved my drink in my hand. She forgot my $1 change and got mad like it was my fault. She told me that didn’t have ketchup as I’m looking at it.
I ordered wings and things with buffalo wings abd the wings are chewy and not done. So were the chicken tenders. The only thing decent were the fries and they were dry with no seasoning. I recommend the food police go in and shut them down. The attitudes in there are horrible
Great experience all around! The cashier was nice and provided great service. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The dining area was clean and welcoming.
I am a huge Zaxby's fan and I have dined at many different locations for sure. I came a little bit out of their usual prime dinner hours so I wasn't expecting anything crazy good, but it was. One of the freshest, best tasting food I've had from a Zaxby's.
Ordered a salad & they forgot my dressing. Now I’m at work eating a dry salad. & it’s not the first time. This place specifically. I will not be back. & they make their employees stand outside like their chicfila. Have an original thought & don’t forget ppls main ingredient to enjoy their food ????
Usually when I come here, I don't have any problems but l visited this location on Sunday and not happy with the preparation of my food. It was super messy and ridiculous. Honey mustard was on my fries, on the side of the bun, and all in the container.
Newly updated Zaxby's location that serves pretty consistent fast casual American fare from wings, ???? chicken, ???? sandwiches, ???? fries, and really good ???? salads. The staff are good but can be hit or miss depending on what crew you get. They also have good desserts and ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.
Ordered online 5 min before arrival then arrives in drive thru and was told I need to wait 5 minutes. Came inside and no explanation why I needed to wait. What if I ordered through drive through would I have to have waited longer?

This is my first visit in two months. I was service via drive thru. The wait was 5 minutes after being told to hold. I placed my order, no problem. I requested two specific drinks which were no availableso I accepted the default, sweet tea.
I specifically request spicy Zak sauce. When I received my order, there was no spicy zax sauce in my bag nor did the cashier inform me they were out.
I went inside the restaurant and only then was I informed that not only were they out of Spicy Zak sauce, they are out of regular Zak sauce and didn't offer any substitute.
AND to add a sting, they did not offer me a receipt.
Experience vary by day and time
It will be awhile before I return to this location
