The staff was super nice. The food was hot and fresh but missing a tender so they counted wrong and I heard others going up to complain about the same thing. Chicken kind of chewy. Breading not the best. Wouldn’t visit again.
Fast dine-in ordering with decent wait time, the dining room was impeccable, tables were clean and staff was friendly. They're serving up hot fresh chicken strips here with interstingly good seasoning on the fries. The Tongue Torch dipping sauce is spot-on as it pairs perectly. ????????
Ordered on the app to save time, got an order that was no where near what I ordered (drink or food wise). Asked for a water that was graciously given to me by the guy at the drive thru (normally you have to pay for a water??) and it was yellow.
I love the taste of Zaxby's chicken. My son recently got me hooked to this place. They must be putting something special in the sauce. I like how clean the place looked and all it memorabilia. The place looks well maintained and the staff seemed very friendly. I would totally recommend this place to my friends and family.
Zaxby's Classic spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and didn'tdisappoint. Just the right amount of flake in the crust and wonderful soft bun. The fries were bursting with flavor! The employees were friendly!
Ordered curbside, while on my way I get a text that says my order is ready. When I get there, I park in the curbside spot and check in via the email "I'm here" link and waited....5 minutes...10 minutes... It's not busy, one total car went through drive thru while I was there...Check in again via "I'm here" sometimes technology has issues...5 more minutes and still nothing. I finally had to call to ask where my order was and they asked if I was in curbside spot and I said yes and they brought my food out. No sorry or explanation as to why it took so long. The bag the food was in was filled with condensation so that told me it was just sitting inside getting cold the whole time. The food was soggy but tasted ok, just don't order curbside, they don't care about that part of the business.
Nothing special about the greetings I received, because I didn't get one. It was my first time there, so I was a little disappointed. Beside that. Food was better than I expected, and their Add On Tacos are worth a try.
I enjoyed my dinning experience and my food, the chicken strips were nice and hot definitely recommend the fries, and the funnel cake had a perfect consistency great side.
