The food is great and everyone that works there was great. My only concern was the giant roach that crawled over our feet as we ate in their dining room. Literally the biggest roach I’ve ever seen in my life. Clearly cleanliness is not their top priority.
The food was FRIGGIN DELICIOUS!!! In comparison to everyone else damn near, trying to take advantage of vacationers, your prices were amazing!
CHANGE YOUR LOGO!!! You blend in with the building. Nothing grabs the eye.... Even a glowing halo around your current signage... I'd introduce a competition and have the public vote it.... Luckily I was hunting for fried chicken so I googled... We drove past you and didn't see at first. It's not your food.... It's the marketing. You could be hugely successful, I'm sure you're doing okay success wise but I have made it a point to reach out after vacation to say this about your signage. All with love!
We don’t have this in Michigan so I wanted to try it out. I’m gonna give it 5/5 for the good food, clean dine in area, friendly staff and a nice clean facility. All the chicken is based with buffalo sauce but you also get to add your own flavor with it as well. The sweet and spicy is perfect for me.
I think I’m even going to stop here again before heading back north, yes that’s how good it is!
I was nervous to try this place based off some of the negative reviews but I thought it was great. My food was tasty, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. The salad was very yummy!
Placed an order on the app for to-go/carryout. App said 63 minutes until our order would be ready. I showed up at 30 minutes and my order was ready and out on an unheated rack in the lobby and was already cold. Glad I didn't wait the full hour + I was told in the app. Also, got boneless wings for the first time (only because they were BOGO)....ugh, they're awful. Breading is terrible and tasteless....we got dipping sauces, thank goodness because it was the only taste.
Our local Zaxby's has been going downhill for years...I'm tired of giving them chances.
I ate at this Zaxby’s on Labor Day. The restaurant was not crowded although it took a while to get my food but the food was fresh and hot. The dining room looked clean and it seems this location is well managed. The staff are friendly and professional. Recommend
We like Zaxbys, but unfortunately their food and service have been steadily declining. Maybe it's because they are too busy chasing their small kids all through the front and prep area instead of focusing on customers. Our food was all wrong, and ther service was not there. Just for example, I had the six finger plate, go big with extra fries. Well I had a total of 8 fries. 8 individual crinkle cut fries. They were cold and rubbery, like they were threw in as an afterthought. The chicken was cold and hard, i had to rip it apart. I would have complained, but I had already been to the counter once to get the coleslaw that they forgot. I did however, have to go back up there to get them to refill my drink because they drink machine was completely empty. There was not even that many people in the place. Not to mention every table was dirty. We had to wipe ours down with napkins. Oh, and we had cheese bites. It was quite literally a fourth of how they are supposed to come. I don't know what happened with this location, but unfortunately they have lost our business because it has been a steady decline here in every aspect. Food quality, amount, service and cleanliness are non existent here. As I said, maybe if they focused more on their jobs and not their kids, it would eventually get better. The kid I saw was running, screaming and throwing things to where it was a major distraction. I don't even know which employee the kid belonged to, as they all seemed to be getting on to him at one point or another.
We ordered online through the app for 2 people, they didn't include my sauces, at all, and didn't add extra seasoning to my boyfriends fries. It was a very simple order. We both got the same thing, just different sauces and extra seasoning on one. All I wanted to go to Zaxbys for was specifically their sauces. We were assured every was in the bag, since we ordered online it was all sealed up and we didn't look till we where home already. Just check for your sauces lol ruined my whole vibe.
