Best WLM Reviews
This place is terrible and needs attention. It is dirty, garbage cans filled up, counters a mess, outside parking not too bad. For the price I paid on the 20 piece Zax pack ($33) I expected ketchup and they said they had none. The whole pack was put together in haste with a terrible presentation. Wake up management you need to give place a lot of attention. Won’t be back!
Great place not much to say about the food it's standard fast food but it is above places like mc Donald's and burger king
This review is for management. I know the workers there are trying their hardest. But it’s clear they need help. I waited in the drive thru only to be brought the wrong order that was then switched by another patron who realized hers was also wrong. Then the order she switched for the one I was given was not mine. I returned to the employees. Then I waited for about 20 minutes and finally went inside and “my order” was on the counter. Once I got that, there were no chicken fingers in the box at all. Still not my order. Do better and hire adequate staff.
Food is always good and folks alwys friendly only thing is the drink machine out front has been messed up for almost a yr. It might b better here and there but seems to never be rite. Have to ask for drinks from drive thru or get tea.
Great service. Breaded Shrimp was okay. Very salty. Fries were mushy. Shrimp tasted old and a few pieces were burnt. Daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders. Not worth $20!
My husband and I have visited this location twice recently (8/27/23 and 9/17/23). Both times we ordered online. August 27, we ordered online only to arrive and find that the restaurant had closed early due to staffing shortages. We overlooked this, though, because we received a full refund and a coupon from the main corporate office. Tonight, however, was a different story. I placed an order at 6:56 pm and received a message saying that the food would be ready at 7:08 pm. My husband arrived to pick up the food at this time to find that the dining room - where online orders are typically picked up - was closed. He got in the drive thru and told the employees that we had an online order only to be asked to go park and wait for our food. He waited in the parking lot for another 45 minutes before giving up and leaving. I rarely leave reviews and understand that staffing is difficult these days, but there was no attempt to remedy the situation or an acknowledgment/update that they were still working on the order after 45 minutes of waiting. Just disappointing as we did not receive our food or even the offer of a refund.
UPDATE: I received an email from the store manager on 9/18/23. We received a full refund for our order.
Workers don't have any pride in what they serve, an when you get hot wings with extra sauce they gave me a tea spoon full of sauce on side an dry wings!!!!!!!!!!!
This were in Troy alabama, the service were just unbelievable. They all standing around together just looking at you sue to me returning the food .I checked my bag and the salad I ordered had no color nor life.it was bad. Glad I checked my bag before I left..
