It is a BEAST trying to get into this place you have to approach it from two specific directions. If I don't go back it's because I can't get into the parking lot!
I’m so sick of people. I hate HOT cold slaw. I hate when business owners try to cut back. Having COLD slaw in the same container with HOT fries and chicken . Eliminating the container for COLD slaw is sneaky work but not giving the consumer anything in return is even worse. If you ask me to pull up because of fresh fries but don’t give me plastic Cuttery for the Cold slaw……….. these companies are making it easy for me to just say no to fast food!!!
I had the Mr. Beast box, and my tender had hair cooked into it. I vomited into the box and showed the manager the hair in the tender. His response was, "So you want me to remake your meal?.......ummmmmmm.....HELLLL NOOO His question should have been what card you used so I can refund your money back. SMH, CHECK YOUR FOOD VERY CAREFULLY.
Boy oh boy. Talk about a disappointment. I love fried pickles. The last few times I’ve gone to this location, I’ve had overcooked, burned, so crispy that you can’t even bite into it hard dry pickles!!! Ridiculous! I’m usually here about three times a week because it’s in route between my daughters school and home. Won’t be back for a while. We’ll roll a little further on over to chick fil a. ????????♀️
Ehhhh I tried the tacos at two different places in the same day and this one was by far the inferior. Barely had any flavor, lacking ingredients and was lukewarm. I don’t even think the chicken was as seasoned. Unfortunate.
Prompt service and the food was hot!!! I will definitely go back to this location when I get Zaxbys!!! Yayyyy. Listen, try their spring egg rolls!!! They are the bomb!!!
The food was fresh and the drinks are always great because they have options for flavored drinks. You can only get flavored drinks from the movies. The service was friendly and the recommendations were even better. I had a Club sandwich.
Have eaten here past 2 years. This morning I ordered thru Doordash for the 1st time and before 11 am. I got served chicken from the night before! Paid an extra $3.00 to get a sweet tea, and got unsweet instead, which to anyone in the south unsweet tea is death in a cup. Then had to spend 3 hours on the phone w.doordash to get a refund. I don't know what happened at this location, but never have I bit into chicken so gross, so old, and so dried out before in my life, much less from Zaxbys.
