Ordered an an salad had to throw over half of it away. Called and explained they replaced it with another and it was exactly the same. Will never eat here again for over priced slimey food!
Food and Drive Thru service was good. I had trouble with the menu board, layout confusing. They are really pushing the family pack items, trying to sort through to the single entrees took some time. Probably would be a good idea to look at an online menu before using drive thru
This was my husband's grilled chicken sandwich. Really Zaxby's?? What is that?!! Are you short on toppings? Super disappointed!
When I normally go to Zaxby's I'm excited, but today was the first time I've ever got chicken from any Zaxby's that wasn't hot and this chicken tasted old. These company's have to do better because food isn't cheap.
My first ever visit to a Zaxbys where I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Signature sandwich, and the chicken wasn't what I've come to expect. This won't keep me from visiting a location again when I'm back down south, but it wasn't an awesome meal.
Really nice employees on the drive through. I’ve had fine here from the past, nothing super impressive, but the Asian zensations salad was really good!
This location is often a toss up. I get what I mobile ordered maybe 50% of the time and today was not one those days. Still tastes decent but I'm getting tired of paying extra money for an order and getting something totally different. I get that food service is not a fun job but I just want my food bro.
This Zaxbys is the worst. I've eaten at several Zaxbys throughout the Southeast, but I've never seen one like this. Poor food quality, chicken fingers were cold, employees are not helpful, and the trash was overflowing the top of the trash cans. Employees were standing around and lazy towards customers and their general cleaning duties. Poorly managed store. Struggling to do even the basic things right.
