If you're in a hurry, avoid coming here at night! I waited for 5 minutes at the intercom without any cars ahead of me. The team member said "one moment," but then there was 5 minutes of silence. When she took my order, there was extremely loud laughter in the background, maybe one of the employees is an aspiring comedian and was practicing their material! I had to repeat my order three times because of this.
After finally reaching the window, I was told to pull forward and waited another 6 minutes for my food. It's becoming more and more difficult to find decent customer service in the restaurant industry nowadays. Just grab your food, stay quiet, and if you're not satisfied, so what, go somewhere else! I miss the old generation of employees, they knew meaning of customer service.
First of all,why is there just skin and no chicken, the chicken was hard, the fries where not even crunchy, and they only gave me 11 dam fries. The chicken didn't even taste like chicken, and that dam skin made a crunch when took off.Never going back to this dam restaurant every again.PUT MORE DAM FRIES
My food was really good. Easy to order. Nice staff. Fries could've been cooked a little longer. Taco was messy but had alot of sauce. Taco combo expensive for 3 tenders.
If i could rate this store 0 stars i would . The entire staff (4 people) working tonight were rude, lazy, and not prepared to service people on the drive through. The manager was rude because several people in the drive through were requesting refunds. Whomever owns this location needs to revaluate the service provided by this staff. We waited 25 min while they totally forgot about us after telling us to pull to the side to wait for our order. By far the worst service I have ever received from Zaxby's. I will be writing corporate also.
Worst customer service ever! Cold food after waiting 10 minutes after the drive through ….absolutely the worse experience.. chicken is so dry and absolutely has hit ground zero. So sad that this place has become so terrible:( no one cares anymore
It seems like every time I have come to this location they are never busy, yet they still take over 10 minutes to bring you your food in the drive thru. A salad should not take over 10 minutes to prepare. Getting a little ridiculous with the quality of service declining.
The portion size for white cheddar bites is ridiculous and I didn’t even get the ranch sauce.
The experience was not a great one, the REPRESENATIVE was lacking in customer service skills and the wait was long. The food was sloppy at best, specifically the salad we ordered was not anything as it should be from presentation to it being edible. I meant to take picture of it but was just so disappointed in the overall experience found it pointless. Won't be going again!!!
