The restaurant is kept very clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Food came out very fast, even though they had a line. They worked hard and moved fast. The salad was delicious, I also really enjoyed the new shrimp! Chicken strips were flavorful and so juicy! Loved the hot honey mustard dip. They fries could be a little more crispy! None of us were fans of the fried pickles or the egg rolls. They have the good crunchy ice????
Usually I have no issues with this location but I ordered a salad today via DoorDash and the quality was seriously lacking. Lots of wilted, brown lettuce and noticed after almost done with one piece of toast, that it had a white powder on the crust (the other piece of bread did not have this). Quality control is clearly lacking and I don’t particularly enjoy having to inspect every bite I take, but here we are.
I ordered your new chicken strip bacon avocado taco. It was absolutely delicious. In fact I'm having it again tonight for dinner because I love it so much. And the packaging was perfect. The tacos stayed perfectly in place and they were still warm when they arrived at my house.
I haven't come to this establishment in a while due to getting sick each time. Prior to my most recent visit, I had been to this facility about two to three times- and each time I became sick as a dog.
I ate at the Zaxby's in Southern Pines and had no issues so I figured it'd be safe to give the Cameron location another shot.
Big mistake. Woke up to copious amounts of pain this morning(10/05/2024) in my stomach and ended up at urgent care.
Not sure what's going on but I reckon this'll be the last they see of me.
9th of August, 2024 @ 11:45 am. Fam & I went in for lunch on our way out of town for the weekend.
Dining room was clean. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Hot water was hot and it didn't take long to get that way. That, to me is important for employees to be able to wash with soap and warm water after a restroom visit and returning to work.
Amanda was out person @ the register and who took our order. Everything was hot, made per request and did NOT take long at all! We hade two trays and one young lady offered to take one to our table for us so I didn't take the chance on dropping one. That was very nice of her. The ONLY thing I noticed had to do with the food prep folks in the kitchen area. One was male and one was female. The female had long hair and it was in a pony tail. No head gear on and no hair net. The male had a ball cap on BUT...he was sporting a beard without having any type beard guard or net on it. Yeah, that isn't good. We didn't notice any hair in our food but the rules state ya just aren't supposed to do that. I didn't mention it to the manager on duty...why not? I figured it was like this. They hadn't been open all that long, orders were coming in etc. I probably should have but, decided not to. Other than that it was allll good.
I have been to this establishment numerous times since it was built near my home and have yet to have a bad experience. The dining area is always in cleanly condition when i visit. The staff usually gets my order correct and are friendly and respectful.
Basics of food was good but when we got to our destination to eat there was no Zax sauce with the chicken tenders, ordered a side of Buffalo sauce that was missing, and no strawberry dipping sauce for the cheesecake bites.
The food was great with the exception of the wings. They were tiny, dry and didn't have too much meat. We had the the Ceasar salad and fingerz and wings. The chicken tenders were tender, but crispy. The salad was huge and the chicken was flavorful and tasty. A little on the pricey side for fast food, though.
