Dose this look fresh to you, nasty my wings had feather in them tea was warm with little ice for a LG I called management told me I was the first to call today as if that matters I paid for my food $16 didn't want to go back traveling no time .Ashton mgt claims food was made fresh that is I lie ,look at it !! Never again
This is sad an I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. This is false advertisement. The company does not advertise these new chicken finger tacos like this. So sloppily made and chicken is over cooked! I cannot believe I paid $11 for this trash. I threw it away

This location seems to have an awesome manager too. He was helping everyone, staff and customers. I don't know his name but he wears the scarf on his head.

It was an hour to closing & maybe that's why food seem rush fries were extremely hard and chicken fried a little too hard as well. I do thank the front staff they were friendly and apologetic for the long wait, which after I arrived home and me & the grands couldn't enjoy the food..... we like eating here but wasting $ for food that's not edible doesn't feel good, especially with the grands and trying to find something quick to cook up cause it was too late to come back out. Hopefully next time our meal will be like it usually is fresh and fried nicely
I am a big fan of this franchise and really like this location, as it is very close to other services that I use in the area. The staff are always very friendly, the quality of food is fantastic and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend that you stop in here to eat. During my most recent visit, Amiya (pronounce Ah-my-ah) was super nice and special thanks to the manager, Sierra, for allowing me to take these pictures. Thank you!
The woman at the window who was taking orders was wonderful and very friendly when we went through at around 5 PM today, 09/25/24. She was patient and helpful, and everything was fast and very hot and fresh. We love this location!
This place was slippery as and wet as lake Pontchartrain! I mean leaks everywhere from the soda/ice machine up to the ceiling drip dropping all down.. The male cashier acted as if he was clueless about the menu and prices and the manager was a bit rude. I had 3 orders and one was with coleslaw and it tasted old as if it was not properly refrigerated... smh, the food was hot but hmmm seemed to have no seasoning..I always tell people, don't let what I post or my encounter ruin your vibe because it may be totally different, you must be the judge.
The food quality and staff have really improved over the years and I am grateful for that. During the COVID-19 pandemic I worked DoorDash and was also a regular customer because I love Zaxby's. During that time the food and service were messy and customers would often get wrong or cold food. It affected my feedback negatively as a dasher and I stopped taking orders from the store. A couple of years later and the quality of items and efficieny of staff has greatly improve. I would only get drive thru or take-out (and even delivery) though because inside can get so loud and hectic during busy hours it is hard to enjoy your meal there
