Most of the time, this location is pretty good in service and food. This past time, I ordered a five finger plate both sides fries, and I went big (large fries and drink). See the photo of how many fries I got. Toast and tenders were cold. Just very disappointing.
When I got home and checked my food, I noticed there were several strands of hairs, some being blonde and some brunette, in my fries. I can understand one slipping through on accident, but having several in a small batch of food suggests that there is some hygiene issue going on.
The food tastes good, but considering the fact that the prices are high for fast food, the portions aren't always consistent and sometimes come out smaller.
Drove 20 minutes to get some decent traditional wings. Made sure to say traditional and the drive through lady even repeated it back to me. Drive 20 minutes home and I have plain chicken nuggets in my box. Will not return to this location if your workers can't get a simple order correct.
Made an online order. They didn't give us one of the items we ordered and they left out all of the sauces. We called three times and each time someone picked up and then hung right up. Seriously disappointed. Won't purchase anything else from this location.
Goodness the staff here are insanely rude. I tried to go for lunch today, and simply asked for a menu and the guy standing at the podium seemed like I was bothering him a great deal by, I don’t know, being there. I just drove off. So ridiculous.
Ordered fries and one order of tacos, waited 35 minutes, then they even had to ask what we ordered because they didn’t even know. 35 minutes is absolutely ridiculous for a place that only does drive thru and walk ups. It wasn’t even busy when we went. And they weren’t nice about the inconvenience either.
Y’all better off going to the zaxbys in Pendleton the food is never fresh here. You would think since CFA closed on Sunday their food would be fresh then NOPE fries soggy chicken soggy????????♀️. Then they got the cones blocking the drive thru so you have to go thru them big as$ speed bumps.
This must be the worst managed fast food establishment ever. The line for ordering was long so I went in and saw over 1/2 of the staff chatting while the line continued to grow.
