This was my first visit to a Zaxby's as we do not have in MN. It was okay. Chicken was juicy but a little salty on the breading. Fries were on point. The tables were a bit dirty during the lunch rush. Pretty decent for a fast food chicken joint. I would not be upset if it was ordered for me, but I probably won't seek it out unless needed.
I did an order today on Uber Eats and my salad had bacon on it. I called the store told them what happened when Uber Eats didn’t want to refund my money back or fix the order. I went to the store to get my salad remade. the managers corrected it and was very nice, even gave me a drink for the inconvenience. Thanks Team Zaxby’s ????
First visit to this location. Quite a few items on the menu had a 'farewell' sticker, so I'm assuming they're discontinuing those items. The drive thru line moved relatively quickly. The employee at the window was polite. 2 start review because I got the Zalad home and realized it wasn't the freshest. Some of the lettuce and tomatoes were past their time. (I didn't take a picture of each piece, sorry.) I'll stick to my regular Zaxby's on Spring Rd.
First told us they could make salads but then changed their mind when I was leaving. I asked if the milkshakes were available and they said yes. Then went to order and said they couldn’t. Also, the heat wasn’t on so it was freezing and they wouldn’t turn off the fans. Worst Zaxby’s ever!!!!
I placed a pickup order 1 hour before closing and the food was terrible. The chicken wasn’t crispy at all, fries were very soggy and tasted like old grease, the soda I got was watered down with barely any syrup, and they forgot ALL of my sauces. On top of that, i figured this out when I had already arrived home, and at that point, it was too late to go back out. Very disappointed with the food quality at this location and it’s certainly not up to the zaxbys experience i’ve had at other locations.
Update:
No one has reached out to me to remedy the situation despite reaching out to the customer feedback website. I felt I was scammed out of my money and the owner or whoever in charge could care less..
ordered two Zaxbys salads in Cobb Prkwy in Smyna Ga after dropping off my vehicle to Pugmire Lincoln and Picking up a rental car at Enterprise with Virginia plates on the front. While eating in the restaurant halfway through my salad, I found a hair mixed into the food. I took the salad back to the counter and felt sick and lost my appetite, showed management the hair, however was offered a remake on the salad, I declined. I requested a refund where I was asked to supply my credit card which I did, I rant to restroom to throw up which I did. When returned from the bathroom a staff member attempted to hand me a new salad. I refused again leaving the establishment. The next morning on my bank transactions where ai expected to see a refund of 11,00 I was charged an additional 11.00 and so now I was charged 34.00 for 1 salad eaten and 2 salads I did not receive. I was told to come back up there 25 miles away as I live in douglasville how inconvenient and how did this happen the actual manager did this assuming I was from out of town and tried to mess me over, for I was messed over with a Harry salad! Nice way to treat customer!!!!!! Keep the 23.00 I will never go back and will refer everyone I can to the surprisingly similar reviews on your corporate headquarters reviews!!!!!!!!
We have been here many times. My only complaint is the drink machine tastes watered down like the soda syrup is not right. Other than that they are fast and not rude and the order is always right.
Eric was pretty good. He took my order. He was very attentive. The Manager allowed me to try a lemonade frozen drink at no cost. It was actually pretty good. Great store and good food.
