I’ve been to Zaxby’s a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service!
Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. The only thing I’d say is that the fry portion could’ve been bigger and had a little less salt.

I was super excited to go there, thinking it would be la Zaxbys from Dalton, Georgia. But the chicken strips was just to salty, mozzarella bites cheese was cold. The fries had no flavor & the bread way to much butter.
PLEASE, I mean please don’t eat here. I bought loaded fries and I found earring backs in my food. I threw up all of my food and headed back to the restaurant to address the issue. The manager stated that there was no one in the back that wore earrings. I proceeded to ask for a refund, she stated that they don’t give refunds. She reached out to the location owner and they stated that there was nothing that they could do and they can not give a refund. I stated that their response and customer service was terrible. My ears aren’t even pierced.
My sister bought these for me because, I LOVE MOZZARELLA STICKS!! They really look more like corn fritters.The batter is wrong and the cheese does not melt (no matter how much you nuke it in the microwave) No cheese pull, very dissatisfied.
Came to this place in passing. The chicken tenders are on the smaller side. Smaller than canes tenders. Overall the portions are decent however this chicken is so damn salty. Like saltier than McDonald's fries. Everyone was super sweet and the staff was super attentive. But if the chicken could be a little less salty or offer a low sodium version that'd be cool ???? ????
They've recently remodeled this place, and honestly. I liked it better before!
New decor is incredibly sterile.
When they cut down all the trees outside and repainted the building, I honestly thought they were closed down!?
Food is OK.
It's always super cold in the eating area, which doesn't encourage you to linger and enjoy your food.
Done is was closed had to go though the drive- thru. Fires were so good but chicken was a little over cooked . Try the frozen strawberry lemonade ???? ????
Yea im from Atlanta and it's so nostalgic and so much more seasoned. I've been trying the caned (which is what I call canes)around here in this place is twice as good as any canes I've ever been to ,I would absolutely recommend to anyone that actually eats chicken strips lol.
