Best WLM Reviews
The food was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful! Alexina, the staff, was really lovely and polite... On top of everything else that was fantastic at this restaurant, the sweet and spicy bone in wings were delicious with the seasoned fries and toast. The dining space was clean, and the person that worked there was really kind and friendly! I would strongly suggest this Zaxby's to everyone!
Service and employee's are friendly and sweet but the food is bad. It's ruined my love for Zaxbys. The fries are undercooked all the time resulting in floppy soggy fries with an off putting texture. The chicken fingers are overcooked, hard, they are fresh because they are always hot inside but definitely overcooked. They always get my order CORRECT and NEVER forget sauces. So the only issue for me is the food being cooked. Also the restaurant is clean and well taken care of. So if they can cook the fries and chicken better this would be a 5 star location.
Very efficient, you won't have to wait more than 5 minutes for your food even at peak times. A really good place for a quick bite to eat. I always get the Chicken Bacon Ranch fries as a meal since it's so much food, replace the ranch for Buffalo Garlic Blaze for some heat.
I ordered a large fry and I wanted them extra crispy with the seasoning salt. What I got was some the best fries I've ever eaten. ???? Super happy!
You would never think to find some of the best service that any food place has to offer in the area, yet this particular Zaxby's does.
It has:
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean area and dining space
- Speedy service
- Delicious food
- Fair prices
It's better to ask, what does this particular Zaxby's NOT offer?
I visited the Zaxbys in Wake Forest September 1st around 3:30pm. The atmosphere was great, food very good and the bathrooms were impressively clean!!
Great job Zaxby's of Wake Forest!!!
I got a spicy chicken sandwich. First time I've ever been here and I would not recommend the spicy chicken sandwich due to the fact that it just had tons of mayo and tons of hot sauce on it and was completely disgusting. I later on in the evening wiped off all of the goo that was on my chicken and I ate just the chicken and it was very tasty I think they have good food I just would not order anything with sauce on it
Love the Cobb Zalad! Kids like the grilled cheese and the Signature sandwich is great, too! Drive thru service is very good!!
Tried their new tacos, and they are delicious!!
