This is truly one of the best fast food experiences I have had in recent years. I placed a large family sized order via the app. Within 15 minutes, it was ready to be picked up. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the order was made to specifications. In addition the price was reasonable something a lot of fast food has lost sight of.
Making people sit in the drive thru so you can finish one order before starting a new one and keeping your drive thru time low is so insanely rude and just plain deceptive. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and was asked to wait when I got to the box to order.
5-4-2024, revisit again and try the fried mac and cheese. It was served hot and delicious. Loved it.
The staff do well with customer service.
Update 4.15.24 - good service, however, chicken tenders are horrible now. Chicken is tough, pieces are small, over-breaded and over-cooked. Probably won't return. (Always good, chicken strips/fingers are hot and fresh. They do a good job here, just wish they'd open the dining room. Edit: Google continues to show "dine in" but they don't have the dining room open.)
Super unhappy. I went through the drive thru on a rainy day for a quick snack and was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered the fried white cheddar bites. Well, as soon as I pulled up to the window the food was ready, which usually means that the cheddar bites have been sitting out. In this case they were burnt, the cheese inside was orange so I don't know if that's cuz they were overcooked or because it was a different product that they were serving. Not only that, but it tastes more and the cheese was funky to chew. I only ate two of them before I gave up. I understand that sometimes they can't control with the inside of the food looks like and that regard, but these were visibly clearly burnt and we're still served. And that's not okay. It's just both disappointing and annoying to pay for something and knock it what you paid for. Or get it at the quality which it should be served.
My son loved the beatable box and the birthday cake milkshake. The lady had no idea of gluten free options
I went by when it was empty and ordered a kicken chicken meal. The tenders were sad and pathetic looking and one of the cashiers was rude. I would recommend any other place Tyan here.
DO NOT TRY THE NEW TACOS!!! So gross! Way too much sauce, a shred of lettuce, maybe 3 tomatoe cubes and 1 piece of chicken per "taco". $11.00 for nothing but sauce. HORRIBLE.
