Love the place but prices are too high for what is served. Tasted good and the employees were very helpful at this location. I might go again but I was disappointed to find another chicken restaurant in the south that did no offer gravy. White cream gravy is a southern staple with chicken. Hard to want to eat here again if a major chain can not include a side of gravy.
The local franchise has a nice building and design inside too.
This visit was much better than I expected as their bone in wings actually was pretty flavorful. Wasn't expecting a lot, but it exceeded my expectations, and the lemonade was truly tasty.
Ordered 2 six finger plates and asked for 4 EXTRA zax sauce. With the 2 that come with each plate, that's 8 total. Got home and found a bag with three in it. Not too bad until I opened the plates and found 0 in them. 3 out of 8 sauces, so 2 out of 5 stars. Even that's only because the chicken was juicy. Still irrationally angry about my sauce, though. ????
Drive thru so do not know about atmosphere.
Staff was very nice and friendly.
Food was hot and good! Sent friends back for the fried cheese nuggets. Up north we have the cheese curds, n.o.t quite the same, but good.
If you had canes this is 10x time better plus the variety the employees are very communicative and help you out if you live in Austin I promise you it's worth the drive not to mention those loaded fries ???????? were A1 delicious you will not regret it but will regret if you keep eating at canes and don't come here and try it for yourself you will make that drive???? I promise you! I come from Austin to have me some finger drooling chicken ???????? and wings not to mention that sauce you thought canes sauce was good ???? you haven't had Zaxby's sauce ???? make you want to put it on everything 10x time better then old canes sauce so cmon on down and see what all the fuss is about
Last Saturday, I picked up Cole Slaw, Crinkle Fries, Chicken Bites, and Boneless Wings. Ate Chicken Bites then proceeded to to take One bite of Cole Slaw, which smelled rancid and sour, and 2 fries, and my stomach turned. I had to throw out the rest of the food. so about $15.00 food in the trash. I do not get paid enough to throw out food and risk severe food poisoning. only 2nd visit in 2 years since living here. Unsafe food with a night running to the restroom.
Food was pretty good, Chicken sandwich was good.Fries were excessively seasoned.
Place was clean.
Food was good. I had the Cobb salad and my daughter had chicken fingers. Had an issue with customer service. I watched Cody as he helped another customer in front of me. I couldn’t believe his rudeness and lack of ability to simply be kind. Then it was my turn. Lord, I guess I should have known how it would go but somehow I was appauled! He was certainly very rude to me too. Zaxby’s needs to have a talk with Cody!
