We have had poor red experiences at Zaxby's contrary to other people's experience.
Today was a delight. Really good service with nice bubbly people. Fast service.
Got fried chicken tacos , with Chipotle. Very good about $10 for three tacos. Also got fried white cheese which was quite tasty.
Bad service, no ice mashion, drinks didn’t dispense properly, unprofessional workers, lack of care. I asked for seasoning on the side and I didn’t even receive it. DO NOT GO HERE
I ordered curbside pick up. I waited 15 minutes before I went in to pick it up. When I went in, the lady rudly said she was out there 10 minutes ago. I was the only car in front of the sign. NO ONE came outside. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I spent 20 trying to get it. I told my coworker about it, and she said she never goes there because it takes
forever to get your food. The food may be good and the place may be clean butt nobody wants to go because of the lack of customer service. So sad!!!
Whatever food place that’s around this one, go to that instead.
Paid 9$ for a dried out, thin something that resembled chicken. It amazes me how this was put together by a person, and they cared so little to call it good enough. When I get the generic message below not actually reading the review but asking to go to tell them how to make it a five star experience, here’s your answer. Hire people that actually care what they do. The management obviously does not. The woman taking the order told us the diet drinks were bad. They are always bad, because you haven’t fixed it. Ordered a sweet tea. It was bad too ????
y’all can’t even put together the three ingredients together correctly! You serve the garbage you call food as good enough, and charge people for it. That’s theft in my opinion. If you actually cared, I’d love my 22$ back. Let me know when I can come get that.
On Sunday, April 21, 2024, I patronized this establishment with the expectation of a satisfactory dining experience. Unfortunately, the service met a standard of mediocrity that barely aligned with the norms of the hospitality industry. A noticeable lack of low-calorie or zero-sugar beverage options compounded the issue, alongside a malfunctioning ice machine. The wait time for our order extended to an excessive twenty minutes, a delay that could arguably have been mitigated by the presence of proactive management to streamline operations. Furthermore, the order was compromised by an error wherein I received a small portion of fries despite requesting and paying for a large size. Based on this visit, I find it necessary to advise potential customers to consider alternative dining options, as this particular Zaxby's failed to meet the basic expectations of service and accuracy.
Chicken was almost not completely cooked. But it would be a hassle to get exchange . Other then that food was good also asked for my chicken dipped in sauce was barley any on them..
I will give that location one more try. I don't understand why all these restaurants are falling by there own standards.
This location is horrible! Please retrain these teenagers you all are hiring. They don’t repeat or clarify your order and they don’t tell you your total until you get to the window. They don’t ask if you need condiments and when you tell them you want condiments, they give off a negative attitude. The staff in the drive thru are very unprofessional. Please do better!
6/29 I came into your store and immediately I noticed Chaos. The young man in the front with the braids look high as hell. Moving like miss daisy with no assistance from his coworkers. You have a full house but there is 3 in the drive through and one person up front. The four of them then frequently had a discussion laughing and figuring out who’s taking orders in drive through. While braids can’t keep up with 2 basic orders and bagging the old orders. Then they still figuring out the heads phone someone else has it but it’s still 3 people in drive through and no guidance in the front. Manager in the back look annoyed, debating with employee, they not switching gloves out and not delegating properly. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to and needs a clean up within the crew. If I was a secret shopper this store would of failed miserably.
