Please only cook your fried pickles for 1 min or so. you are only supposed to cook the breading. I was very disappointed and had been looking forward to them all day.
I’m confused why we paid the extra money for large drinks and fries, and my husband and I opened our boxes and saw this. Both of our orders were like this. This is ridiculous.
Cleary I was given wrong order. And someone erroneously took mine. Crown me a fool for not checking my order, but I've never had a problem at this location EVER!.... until this time. Lesson learned. Understable considering the multiple persons in line (AND MY NAME SOUNDED SIMILAR WHEN THEY CALLED IT OUT, TO NAME ON BAG I LEFT WITH---SEE 2ND RECEIPT PIC) and no one is completely infallible but thankfully the staff are always cheerful and swift. What I ordered (receipt pic) vs. What I got:
It’s Zaxby’s, so you know what you’re getting. But what surprised me in a great way was how good the staff was. Good ready and hot super fast. Friendly staff. Glad I stopped by.
Update: my wife said the women’s restroom was unusable. Toilets not flushing. Mess everywhere. Ugh.
My experience was great!
The front counter cashier, Jo' licia has excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were amazing as well.
Good food for the price, very tasty not salty like some other chicken tenders.
Staff today was awesome! Thank you for feeding our Arkansas Baptist Backetball team
Ordered a grilled chicken salad but did not get to eat it because my chicken was burnt. I should've checked it before I drove off. They placed it in the bottom of the bag and put my other order on the top of it. Olive Branch location
