Im actually quite upset. This Zaxbys is usually really good but for a while now they’ve sucked. Tonight, I ordered a kicken chicken sandwich and fries with EXTRA seasoning. I have NO EXTRA seasoning. And there’s NO sauce on my kicken chicken sandwich. Very disappointed and after this I will be going to a different zaxbys. My advice: hire different kitchen staff.
Order chicken tacos and we're kinda all over the place but delicious.
Ordered classic frozen lemonade looking forward to a good lemonade. Mix was way off... almost metallic tasting. Ended up not drinking it. Waste of money and really disappointed. Lemonade would have gotten a 1 today.
The loaded fries were missing chicken, sauce, and the bacon instead of being in small pieces were big.
I first have to say I am more of a Chick-fil-A kind of guy. I decided to eat here for lunch today. I normally get a salad when I have eaten at Zaxby's in the past, but decided to get the 3 piece nibbler lunch special. I was really disappointed! The chicken pieces were small and dried up. The buns were almost stale and way too big for the small pieces of chicken. Needless to say I will go back to a salad if and when I come here again. I will say the staff was very friendly and was working on keeping the inside clean so that was on a positive note. I just wish the food was better at this location.
My worst Zaxby's experience ever! I waited over 15 for my boneless wings meal. After finally receiving them, they were OLD and even the sauce had dried up. I alerted management and she was very unsympathetic even after agreeing that they were old. She semi discouraged me from getting a fresh order by saying fresh ones would take minutes. It's now 20 minutes later and I still don't have my food......
Was going to order Potato chip platter online on the app but i called to ask a question about it and apparently they don’t make it at this location which i have ordered it before from this location.
update your app letting folks know certain foods are for certain locations.
you did away with the potato chip platter, Caesar salad and the original club sandwich on toast. Zaxbys keeps coming up with reason why i shouldn’t waste my money on you guys.
do better.
We gave them another try tonight. 2 of 6 orders were incorrect but still edible. Instead of Wimpy we was served Tong torch We still ate it because spending over $90 on food it should be ate. Still not giving what is supposed to come with the meals as far as ranch and zax so make sure to check all boxes. Food was hot.
This was the loaded fry! Before you spend your money know that you will not get what you ordered no ranch or Zaxs souce even if you ask for what comes with the meal you will be told it is in the plate. Out of three meals none were correct all food cold like there standards aren’t as they use to be very disappointing.
Sloppy service, old food, and 2 shirts plus a pair of shorts ruined. The boneless wings were submerged in sauce which made they product cold. This Zaxby's can not offer anything to make me return here ever again.
