First. The toast was burnt. Had to throw it away. The fries tasted like they were throw in cold oil and then heated up. Too greasy and burnt. The cheese curds were cold in the center and they tasted like cinnamon sticks were cooked in the same oil. Terrible flavor for cheese curds. The chicken was the only edible part of the Mr. Beast box. It was too greasy as well. Then I had thumb nail marks on my Styrofoam cup. A very generous 2/10, will not come again. Sad to say since I had not eaten since Hot Springs.
Parking lot clean.
Cashier was very sweet.
Bathroom smelled funky.
Chicken fingers and fries were great.

The Asian 'Zensations Zalad' Perked My Interest!
I was looking for something to eat on the lighter side as I had been out for business dinners a few nights in a row in Blytheville. I had never eaten at a Zaxby's and was curious to try their food. Zaxby's is a national chain with a focus on Chicken and Fried Chicken and they also have other items on the menu as well. The staff was great and helpful and answered my questions about the food and suggested I try the Grilled Chicken Zalad from the 'Asian Zensations' menu as I wanted to see what all the hype was about.
The Asian Zensation Zalad is a mixed greens salad with grilled marinaded chicken and comes with an egg roll. The chicken is served with a honey sesame teriyaki glaze, made with soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, honey, brown sugar and wonton strips. The egg roll is marketed as hand-rolled in a crispy wonton wrapper, filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion and seasoning and served with Zaxby's signature Sweet & Spicy sauce.
The 'Zalad' lacked greens but came with a very healthy portion size of chicken. The egg roll tasted like it was a frozen egg roll that was heated up. I would give this salad 3.5 stars overall for its price range and flavours.
The Restaurant itself has plenty of seating and the walls are adorned with sports memorabilia from the local sports teams, which give the interior a homey feel. There weren't a whole lot of people in the restaurant but there were many cars lined up in the drive though. Zaxby's is one of the only Fast Food options in the Blytheville area with a focus on Chicken.
I normally have good experiences at zaxbys. This one was a miss. The coke machine was really dirty. There was no ice at any of the machines. The toast was burnt and the food was soooo greasy. I had to wrap my tenders in my napkins and squeeze out the oil. I couldn't finish my food.
From Missouri and was passing by on a road trip and haddd to stop. The drive thru was long so I went in. Staff members were ok with their attitudes. It took about 15mins not long wait. My food was fresh and sooo good ???? I couldn’t stop eating it. Wish I had a location near me I would definitely be back to try other wing flavors. Thank you !!!
I ordered the number 5 kickin chicken sandwich meal and the food taste was great but I was pretty upset about only getting 2 small strips of chicken on the sandwhich when it's supposed to have 3 strips on it there. There was so much empty space on it I was just eating bites of bread and sauce. I drove 40 mins to get dinner there and 40 mins home.
I have always used the drive thru, but today we dined in. Was really impressed by cleanliness and decor. Did not have the feel of a fast food place, felt more like a nice restaurant. Staff was great too.
My family and I came through Blytheville and were excited to try Zaxby’s for our first time! Unfortunately we were met with very unfriendly, and straight up rude customer service. Taloa C. was our drive thru cashier. She was impatient, and her negative attitude was a huge damper on my family’s experience. I hope with this feedback employees will be better trained with positive, and inviting customer service.
